Description
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つのプリントヘッドであって、前記少なくとも1つのプリントヘッドを通過して動く基材上に水性インク滴を吐出して前記基材上にインク画像を形成するように構成された、前記少なくとも1つのプリントヘッドと、
乾燥機であって、前記乾燥機内で熱が前記基材に印加されるときに懸吊基材が互いに接触することなく前記基材を鉛直に懸吊するように構成された、前記乾燥機とを含み、
前記乾燥機はさらに、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたトラック、および
前記トラックに沿って間隔を置いて配置され、前記トラックに沿って動くように構成され、各々が、前記トラック上の第1の所定位置で、前記基材のうちの1つの、前記1つの基材上の前記インク画像の外側の領域内の一部分を捕捉し、前記トラック上の第2の所定位置で前記1つの基材を解放するように構成された、各々がニップローラー対である複数のグリッパであって、前記グリッパによって保持されている前記基材を前記ハウジング内で鉛直に懸吊するように構成されたトラックおよびグリッパと、
前記グリッパが前記トラックに沿って動くとき、前記グリッパによって保持されている前記懸吊基材を乾燥させるために前記ハウジング内で熱を発生するように構成されたヒーターとを含む、水性インクプリンタ。 - 前記ヒーターはさらに、
複数の加熱素子を含む、請求項1に記載の水性インクプリンタ。 - 各加熱素子は赤外線放射体である、請求項2に記載の水性インクプリンタ。
- 各加熱素子はマイクロ波放射体である、請求項2に記載の水性インクプリンタ。
- 各加熱素子は加熱ランプである、請求項2に記載の水性インクプリンタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、蒸発した水分および溶剤が前記ハウジングから出ることを可能にするための排気口を有する、請求項2に記載の水性インクプリンタ。
- 前記乾燥機はさらに、
前記ハウジング内から空気を引き出すために前記排気口に流体的に接続された負の空気圧源を含む、請求項6に記載の水性インクプリンタ。 - 前記ヒーターは対流ヒーターである、請求項1に記載の水性インクプリンタ。
- 前記複数のグリッパに動作可能に接続され、前記トラックに沿って前記複数のグリッパを動かすように構成されたアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに動作可能に接続され、前記トラックに沿った前記複数のグリッパの速度を調整するために基材パラメータを参照して前記アクチュエータを作動するように構成されたコントローラとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の水性インクプリンタ。 - ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたトラック、および
前記トラックに沿って配置され、前記トラックに沿って動くように構成され、各々が、前記トラック上の第1の所定位置で、インク画像を担持する基材の、前記基材上の前記インク画像の外側の領域内の一部分を捕捉し、前記トラック上の第2の所定位置で前記基材を解放するように構成された、各々がニップローラー対である複数のグリッパであって、前記グリッパによって保持された前記基材を前記ハウジング内でお互いに接触しないように鉛直に懸吊するように構成されたトラックおよびグリッパと、
前記グリッパが前記トラックに沿って動くとき、前記グリッパによって保持されている前記懸吊基材を乾燥させるために前記ハウジング内で熱を発生するように構成されたヒーターとを含む、乾燥機。 - 前記ヒーターはさらに、
複数の加熱素子を含む、請求項10に記載の乾燥機。 - 各加熱素子は赤外線放射体である、請求項11に記載の乾燥機。
- 各加熱素子はマイクロ波放射体である、請求項11に記載の乾燥機。
