Description
- 入射光線の一部分の反射により表わされる、液体と細胞との間のさらに細胞の異なる構成要素間の屈折率における相違に起因する、細胞上の光反射と、
- 細胞に進入する光線の偏向により表される細胞上の光屈折と、
- 本質的に数度~360°の立体角までに及ぶ立体角の下における細胞上の光偏向と
を含む。
- 細胞の前方散乱を測定することと、
- 細胞の側方散乱を測定することと、
- 細胞の吸光度を測定することと、
- 細胞の蛍光性を測定することと
に適し得る。
- 核の単一側において一般的に延在する非外延的なややまたは若干において好塩基性である細胞質を有する、円形形状または楕円形形状の、時としては腎臓形の核を有する小サイズリンパ球(直径7μm~9μm)、ならびに
- 小サイズリンパ球の細胞質よりも外延的であり核を完全に囲む細胞質を有する、中心位置にまたは若干偏心位置に核を有する大サイズリンパ球(直径9μm~15μm)
に分けられ得る。

Claims (10)
- 細胞を列挙および/または特性化するための測定キュベット(1)であって、ベース(11)と、前記ベース(11)と共に光学測定チャンバ(13)を形成するように前記ベース(11)から延在する透明側方エンクロージャ(12)と、を備え、前記透明側方エンクロージャ(12)は球状外方表面(122)及び角柱状内方表面(121)を有し、前記ベース(11)は、細胞が通過するための直径30μm~100μmの貫通オリフィス(111)を有する、測定キュベット(1)において、
前記ベース(11)および前記透明側方エンクロージャ(12)は、インピーダンス測定および光学測定の両方に適した一個片キュベット(1)を形成し、
前記ベース(11)は、錐台の側方表面(1121)と小径表面(1122)との組合せである上方表面(112)を有し、前記貫通オリフィス(111)は、前記上方表面(112)の前記小径表面(1122)に対応する部分にて前記ベース(11)を横断することを特徴とする、測定キュベット(1)。 - 前記ベース(11)は、錐台の側方表面(1131)と小径表面(1132)との組合せである下方表面(113)を有し、前記貫通オリフィス(111)は、前記下方表面(113)の前記小径表面(1132)に対応する部分にて前記ベース(11)を横断する、請求項1に記載の測定キュベット(1)。
- 前記ベース(11)は、前記小径表面(1122、1132)に対応する部分に40μm~100μmの間の厚さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の測定キュベット(1)。
- 前記光学測定チャンバ(13)内に開口する取入れオリフィスを有する流体取入れ部(16)をさらに備え、前記取入れオリフィスは、前記貫通オリフィス(111)よりも低い、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の測定キュベット(1)。
- 前記球状外方表面(122)の中心が、前記貫通オリフィス(111)の出口におよび前記貫通オリフィス(111)の近傍に位置する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の測定キュベット(1)。
- 前記球状外方表面(122)の前記中心は、前記貫通オリフィス(111)の前記出口から200μm~600μmの間に位置する、請求項5に記載の測定キュベット(1)。
- 前記透明側方エンクロージャ(12)の上方表面(124)上にシールハウジング(15)をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の測定キュベット(1)。
- 前記ベース(11)の下方にサブベース(14)をさらに備え、前記サブベース(14)は、前記ベース(11)および前記透明側方エンクロージャ(12)と共に前記一個片キュベット(1)を形成し、前記サブベース(14)は、V字形状センタリング要素(141)を備える側方表面を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の測定キュベット(1)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の測定キュベット(1)と、キュベット支持部(2)とを備える、細胞を特性化するためのシステム(10)。
- 前記測定キュベット(1)は、請求項8に記載のものであり、前記キュベット支持部(2)は、交差部にて交差する2つの溝(21、22)を有し、横断プロファイルが、V字形であり、前記交差部は、前記測定キュベット(1)のための座部を形成する、請求項9に記載の細胞を特性化するためのシステム(10)。
