Abstract
Description
前記マイクロナノ無機フィラーをエタノール内に分散し、アンモニア水を加えて体系pHを8~10に調整し、さらに前記疎水性シランカップリング剤を加え、60℃~70℃で2.5~3.5時間撹拌し、固液分離し、得られた固体を乾燥して、一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラーを得るステップS1と、
前記一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラーを前記有機溶媒内に分散し、前記疎水性末端ヒドロキシル基封鎖剤及び触媒を加え、115℃~125℃で2.5~3.5時間撹拌して、二次改質された無機フィラー分散液を得、ここで、前記触媒はジブチルスズジラウレート、2-エチルヘキサン酸第一スズ、ジブチル錫ジアセテートのうちのいずれか1つであるステップS2と、を含む。
固形分が10%~20%である、350~360部の上記無機フィラー分散液、
55~70部のヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、
45~60部の炭酸カルシウム、
15~35部の硫酸バリウム、
10~15部の気相シリカ、
0.4~0.7部の消泡剤、
1.5~2.5部の分散剤、
40~50部の潜在性硬化剤、
0.8~1.5部の基材湿潤剤、
2~3部の付着力促進剤、及び
10~15部の溶媒を含む。
設計量の前記ヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、気相シリカ、消泡剤、分散剤を前記無機フィラー分散液内に加え、撹拌して均一に分散させ、研磨し、塗料前スラリーを得るステップS1と、
前記潜在性硬化剤、基材湿潤剤、付着力促進剤、溶媒を前記塗料前スラリー内に加え、撹拌して均一に分散させ、超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料得るステップS2と、を含む。
S2内の前記潜在性硬化剤はビニルトリス(メチルエチルケトキシミノ)シラン(Vinyltris(methylethylketoximino)silane)、メチルトリス(メチルエチルケトオキシム)シラン(Methyltris(methylethylketoxime)silane)又はフェニルトリス(メチルエチルケトキシミオ)シラン(Phenyltris(methylethylketoximio)silane)である。メチルエチルケトンオキシムシラン系硬化剤及びヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサンは、単一成分の塗料基体樹脂系を構成し、両者は空気中の水蒸気の作用で迅速に架橋硬化でき、塗膜の表面付着力を向上させる。
(実施例1)
(1)35部の(重量部、以下同じ)のナノシリカ(平均粒径10nm)、65部のサブミクロン二酸化チタン(平均粒径250nm)を1000部のエタノール内に加え、電動撹拌をオンにし、さらに濃アンモニア水を加えて体系pHを8.5まで調整し、1.8部のトリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシシラン及び1.2部のイソオクチルトリエトキシシランを順に加え、60℃まで昇温し、3時間反応させ、6000回転/分の条件で体系を30分間遠心分離し、沈殿物を収集し、且つ沈殿物を105℃のオーブンで5時間乾燥させ、一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラーを得、
(2)180部のキシレン、120部のジクロロエタン、50部の一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラー、4.0部のヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン及び0.1部のジブチルスズジラウレートを反応釜内に置き、均一に撹拌した後に120℃まで昇温し、3時間反応させ、二次改質された無機フィラー分散液を製造した。
(実施例2)
(1)32部のナノシリカ(平均粒径10nm)、68部のサブミクロン珪藻土(平均粒径400nm)を1000部のエタノール内に加え、電動撹拌をオンにし、さらに濃アンモニア水を加えて体系pHを8.8まで調整し、1.4部のトリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシシラン及び0.7部の3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを順に加え、65℃まで昇温し、3時間反応させ、6000回転/分の条件で体系を30分間遠心分離し、沈殿物を収集し、且つ沈殿物を105℃のオーブンで5時間乾燥させ、一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラーを得、
(2)150部の200番溶媒油、150部のジオキサン、50部の一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラー、6.2部のヒドロキシ末端ポリブタジエンポリウレタン及び0.1部の2-エチルヘキサン酸第一スズを反応釜内に置き、均一に撹拌した後に120℃まで昇温し、3時間反応させ、二次改質された無機フィラー分散液を製造した。
(実施例3)
(1)37部のナノシリカ(平均粒径25nm)、63部のサブミクロンアタパルジャイト(平均粒径350nm)を1000部のエタノール内に加え、電動撹拌をオンにし、さらに濃アンモニア水を加えて体系pHを9.0まで調整し、1.9部のトリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシシラン及び1.0部のイソオクチルトリエトキシシランを順に加え、60℃まで昇温し、3時間反応させ、6000回転/分の条件で体系を30分間遠心分離し、沈殿物を収集し、且つ沈殿物を105℃のオーブンで5時間乾燥させ、一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラーを得、
(2)166部のイソパラフィン、134部のジクロロエタン、50部の一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラー、5.0部のヒドロキシ末端ポリプロピレングリコール及び0.1部のジブチル錫ジアセテートを反応釜内に置き、均一に撹拌した後に120℃まで昇温し、3時間反応させ、二次改質された無機フィラー分散液を製造した。
(実施例4)
(1)実施例1で得られた358部の無機フィラー分散液、60部のヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、55部の炭酸カルシウム、20部の硫酸バリウム、15部の気相シリカ、0.6部のシリコーン消泡剤及び2.0部の分散剤を順に混合し、撹拌して均一に分散させた後、横型サンドミルで分散体系を25ミクロン未満の微細度に粉砕し、塗料前スラリーを得、且つ塗料前スラリーを封止ワニス製造タンクに移し、
(2)ワニス製造タンクを真空引き、窒素ガスを充填し、3回繰り返し、さらにワニス製造タンク内に45部のビニルトリス(メチルエチルケトキシミノ)シラン、1.0部の基材湿潤剤、2.5部の付着力促進剤、13部の鉄赤色スラリー及び10部のキシレンを順に加え、均一に撹拌した後、排出、密封保存して単一成分の超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料を製造した。
(実施例5)
(1)実施例2で得られた355部の無機フィラー分散液、70部のヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、50部の炭酸カルシウム、18部の硫酸バリウム、12部の気相シリカ、0.5部の消泡剤及び1.8部の分散剤を順に混合し、撹拌して均一に分散させた後、横型サンドミルで分散体系を25ミクロン未満の微細度に粉砕し、塗料前スラリーを得、且つ塗料前スラリーを封止ワニス製造タンクに移し、
(2)ワニス製造タンクを真空引き、窒素ガスを充填し、3回繰り返し、さらにワニス製造タンク内に47部のビニルトリス(メチルエチルケトキシミノ)シラン、1.0部の基材湿潤剤、2.5部の付着力促進剤、13部の鉄赤色スラリー及び12部の200番溶媒油を順に加え、均一に撹拌した後、排出、密封保存して単一成分の超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料を製造した。
(実施例6)
(1)実施例3で得られた355部の無機フィラー分散液、55部のヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、50部の炭酸カルシウム、34部の硫酸バリウム、11部の気相シリカ、0.6部の消泡剤及び1.9部の分散剤を順に混合し、撹拌して均一に分散させた後、横型サンドミルで分散体系を25ミクロン未満の微細度に粉砕し、塗料前スラリーを得、且つ塗料前スラリーを封止ワニス製造タンクに移し、
(2)ワニス製造タンクを真空引き、窒素ガスを充填し、3回繰り返し、さらにワニス製造タンク内に44部のメチルトリス(メチルエチルケトオキシム)シラン、1.0部の基材湿潤剤、2.5部の付着力促進剤、13部の鉄赤色スラリー、10部のイソパラフィンを順に加え、均一に撹拌した後、排出、密封保存して単一成分の超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料を製造した。

- 無機フィラー分散液であって、ナノ無機フィラーとサブミクロン無機フィラーとの混合物であるマイクロナノ無機フィラーを含み、
ここで、前記ナノ無機フィラーはシリカ、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、珪藻土及びアタパルジャイトのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記ナノ無機フィラーの粒径は5nm~50nmであり、前記サブミクロン無機フィラーはシリカ、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、珪藻土及びアタパルジャイトのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記サブミクロン無機フィラーの粒径は100nm~500nmであり、前記マイクロナノ無機フィラーにおいて、前記ナノ無機フィラーの質量百分率は25%~50%であり、前記サブミクロン無機フィラーの質量百分率は50%~75%であり、
前記マイクロナノ無機フィラーを疎水性シランカップリング剤で一次改質し、一次改質されたマイクロナノ無機フィラーを有機溶媒において疎水性末端ヒドロキシル基封鎖剤で二次改質して、無機フィラー分散液を形成し、

固形分が10%~20%である、350~360部の請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載の無機フィラー分散液、
55~70部のヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、
45~60部の炭酸カルシウム、
15~35部の硫酸バリウム、
10~15部の気相シリカ、
0.4~0.7部の消泡剤、
1.5~2.5部の分散剤、
40~50部の潜在性硬化剤、
0.8~1.5部の基材湿潤剤、
2~3部の付着力促進剤、及び
10~15部の溶媒を含む、ことを特徴とする超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料。 - 超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料の製造方法であって、前記製造方法は請求項5に記載の超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料を製造するために用いられ、
前記質量配合比で前記ヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、前記炭酸カルシウム、前記硫酸バリウム、前記気相シリカ、前記消泡剤及び前記分散剤を秤量して前記無機フィラー分散液内に加え、撹拌して均一に分散させ、研磨し、塗料前スラリーを得るステップS1と、
前記潜在性硬化剤、前記基材湿潤剤、前記付着力促進剤、前記溶媒を前記塗料前スラリー内に加え、撹拌して均一に分散させ、超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料を得るステップS2と、を含む、ことを特徴とする超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料の製造方法。 - S1内の前記塗料前スラリーの平均粒径は25マイクロメートル以下であり、
S2内の前記潜在性硬化剤はビニルトリス(メチルエチルケトキシミノ)シラン、メチルトリス(メチルエチルケトオキシム)シラン又はフェニルトリス(メチルエチルケトキシミオ)シランである、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超疎水性絶縁耐摩耗塗料の製造方法。
