Claims (6)
- 自動車の流体回路に用いられ、液体中の気泡を分離する気泡分離器であって、
略水平方向に延びる、円柱形の内部空間を有する旋回流形成部と、
前記旋回流形成部の一端に配置され、該旋回流形成部の内周面の接線方向に液体を流入させて該内周面上に旋回流を形成するように開口している、流入口と、
前記旋回流形成部の他端に配置され、前記内周面から接線方向に液体を流出させるように開口している、流出口と、
前記旋回流形成部において液体から分離された気体を該旋回流形成部の外に排出する気体排出口と、
前記旋回流形成部の壁面に設けられた、1つまたは複数の液体滴下ノズルと、
前記旋回流形成部の内部に設けられた、該旋回流形成部と同軸に延びる管状の気柱促進部と、
を備え、
前記気柱促進部の先端と、該先端に最も近い前記液体滴下ノズルの中心軸までの距離が、前記流入口の内径の1倍以上であることを特徴とする、気泡分離器。 - 前記流入口の内径をdとしたとき、前記旋回流形成部の内径Dが1.5d~3dであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気泡分離器。
- 前記気体排出口が、前記旋回流形成部の両端にそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の気泡分離器。
- 前記液体が、冷却器または冷却システムの冷媒である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の気泡分離器。
- 自動車用の粘性流体回路であって、
オイルパンと、
前記オイルパンからオイルを送出するポンプと、
前記ポンプから送出されたオイルから気泡を分離するための、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の気泡分離器と、
モータと、
を備え、
前記1つまたは複数の液体滴下ノズルから、前記気泡分離器によって気泡が分離された液体を前記モータに向けて滴下するように構成されていることを特徴とする、自動車用の粘性流体回路。 - 前記オイルは、潤滑油またはオートマチックトランスミッションフルードである、請求項5に記載の自動車用の粘性流体回路。
