Description
WO2014/018107Aは、断熱および防音で使用するための防火障壁としてのラミネートに関するものである。特定の実施形態では、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンフィルムは、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンフィルムの片側にスクリムおよびサーマルシールを備え、反対側にシリコーン接着層、ガラス繊維層および防火障壁層を備えている。特にガラス繊維ファブリックを最初にシリコーン接着に適用し、次に防火障壁層を別のプロセスステップで適用するため、6員のラミネートの製造にはコストがかかる。さらに、前述の層のいずれも十分な剛性を持たないため、複合材料は塑性変形には適していない。

複合システムのキャリア層は、一般に絶縁層としても設計されており、剛性または柔軟性であり得る。
接着層は、例えば、熱可塑性ポリマーフィルム、合成ゴム、水ガラス、ポリウレタン、またはアクリレートを含むことができる。原料とフィラー料に応じて、熱可塑性接着層、スプレー接着層(合成ゴム)、アクリレート接着層、または防火接着層(水ガラス)が区別される。適切な熱可塑性ポリマーには、例えば、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、およびポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)が含まれる。特に好ましくは、接着層は、熱可塑性ポリエチレンフィルムを含む。
防火層は、好ましくは、少なくとも1つのアブレーション作用性化合物を含む防火組成物でコーティングされたガラス繊維フリースまたはガラス繊維ファブリックを含む。
さらなる実施形態では、本発明による複合システムは、コーティングされたガラス繊維フリースまたはコーティングされたガラス繊維ファブリック、好ましくは上記のガラス繊維フリースまたはガラス繊維ファブリックであって、ただし、必ずしも防火層を備えているわけではなく、使用するガラス繊維材料の穿刺耐性が向上するように設計されているものを含む。
複合システムは、好ましくはシェルの内側に配置される。このシェルは、単層または多層に設計にすることができる。特に、シェルは好ましくは液密である。シェルの厚さは、好ましくは100から200μmの間である。
複合システムは、消防装置の製造における重要な中間製品である。
本発明による複合システムは、以下から選択される1つまたは複数の層を含むことができ、
a)上記のように任意にてコーティングされた、1つまたは複数のガラス繊維フリースおよび/またはガラス繊維ファブリック(補強コーティング付き)、
b)1つまたは複数のステンレス鋼フォイル、
c)1つまたは複数のキャリア層、および
d)1つまたは複数の防火層、
ここで個々の層は通常、接着層を介して互いに接続されている。
層1:ガラス繊維フリースを備えた防火層、ここで防火層は複合システムの外側に向けられている、
層2:ステンレス鋼フォイル、
層3:補強コーティングが施されたガラス繊維ファブリックまたはガラス繊維フリース、
層4:キャリア層、
