Description
Al4C3+12H2O→4Al(OH)3+3CH4↑ (化学反応式I)
に従って反応して、三水酸化アルミニウムとメタンに変化するか、又は次の化学反応式(II):
Al4C3+8H2O→4AlO(OH)+3CH4↑ (化学反応式II)
に従って反応して、水酸化酸化アルミニウムとメタンに変化するからである。
マグネシア-カーボン製品を使用に供する工程であって、
前記マグネシア-カーボン製品が、次の各特徴:
マグネシアと炭素を主成分とすること
Al4C3の割合を含むこと
を有する工程、
水を使用に供する工程、
ガスを使用に供する工程であって、
前記ガスが、次の各特徴:
二酸化炭素を含むこと
二酸化炭素が前記ガス中に占める割合は、二酸化炭素が空気中に占める割合を上回ること
を有する工程、
一つのチャンバを取り囲んでいる容器を使用に供する工程、
前記チャンバ内に前記マグネシア-カーボン製品を用意し、
前記チャンバに、
温度、及び
圧力
を、前記チャンバ内に前記水及び前記ガスを同時に用意しながら、加える工程
を含む、マグネシア-カーボン製品を処理する方法が提供される。
Al4C3+12H2O→4Al(OH)3+3CH4↑ (化学反応式I)
及び化学反応式II:
Al4C3+8H2O→4AlO(OH)+3CH4↑ (化学反応式II)
で表される式の内最低でも一方に従って、チャンバ内に用意されたマグネシア-カーボン製品中のAl4C3の割合が、水と完全若しくは少なくとも実質的に反応して、三水酸化アルミニウムとメタン、又は水酸化酸化アルミニウムとメタンに変化することができるような量の水が用意されることが好ましい。
マグネシア-カーボン製品をチャンバから搬出する工程
マグネシア-カーボン製品を一つ又は更に別の複数の材料と混合して混合物(Versatz)を得る工程
混合物から耐火製品を製造する工程
を有していると良い。
Al2O3: 5.0質量%
SiO2: 0.8質量%
CaO: 1.0質量%
Fe2O3: 0.6質量%
二酸化炭素含有ガス5を用意した。

Claims (15)
- マグネシア-カーボン製品を処理する方法であって、次の各工程:
A. マグネシア-カーボン製品を使用に供する工程であって、
前記マグネシア-カーボン製品が、次の各特徴:
A.1 マグネシアと炭素を主成分とすること
A.2 Al4C 3 を含むこと
を有する工程、
B. 水を使用に供する工程、
C. ガスを使用に供する工程であって、
前記ガスが、次の各特徴:
C.1 二酸化炭素を含むこと
C.2 二酸化炭素が前記ガス中に占める割合は、二酸化炭素が空気中に占める割合を上回ること
を有する工程、
D. 一つのチャンバを取り囲んでいる容器を使用に供する工程、
E. 前記チャンバ内に前記マグネシア-カーボン製品を用意する工程、
F. 前記チャンバに
F.1 温度、及び
F.2 圧力
を、前記チャンバ内に前記水及び前記ガスを同時に用意しながら、加える工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記マグネシア-カーボン製品が、使用済みマグネシア-カーボン製品である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マグネシア-カーボン製品及び前記水が、前記チャンバ内において水のAl4C3に対するモル比が最低でも8対1となるような割合で、前記チャンバ内に用意される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス及び前記水が、前記チャンバ内において二酸化炭素の水に対するモル比が少なくとも1対1となるような割合で、前記チャンバ内に用意される、請求項1から3の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバに、100℃から320℃までの範囲内の温度が加えられる、請求項1から4の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバに、0.1MPaから6MPaまでの範囲内の圧力が加えられる、請求項1から5の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスが二酸化炭素ガスである、請求項1から6の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器により取り囲まれた前記チャンバが、前記マグネシア-カーボン製品を前記チャンバ内に用意した後に気密式に封止される、請求項1から7の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器がオートクレーブである、請求項1から8の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記マグネシア-カーボン製品が、前記マグネシア-カーボン製品の総質量に対して最低でも0.1質量%の割合でAl4C3を含む、請求項1から9の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記マグネシア-カーボン製品が、前記マグネシア-カーボン製品の総質量に対して最低でも69質量%の割合でMgOを含む、請求項1から10の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記マグネシア-カーボン製品が、前記マグネシア-カーボン製品の総質量に対して最低でも1質量%の割合で炭素を含む、請求項1から11の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加温加圧工程の間にAl4C3の少なくとも一部が分解するように、前記チャンバが加温加圧される、請求項1から12の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分解されたAl4C3が少なくとも部分的に反応して水酸化アルミニウムに変化する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 更に次の各工程:
G. 前記マグネシア-カーボン製品を前記チャンバから搬出する工程、
H. 前記マグネシア-カーボン製品に一つ又は更に別の複数の材料を混合して、混合物を得る工程、
I. 前記混合物から耐火製品を製造する工程
を含む、請求項1から14の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法。
