Description
a) 少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを提供する工程、
b) 工程a)で提供された少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーでコーティングして、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーでコーティングされた少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを含む連続ストランドを得る工程であって、ストランドの平均断面直径が10~300μmの範囲である工程、及び
c) 工程b)で提供された連続ストランドの寸法を低減して、焼結粉末粒子(SP)を得る工程であって、焼結粉末粒子(SP)の平均長さが10~300μmの範囲である工程、
を含む方法によって達成される。
工程a)において、少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを提供する。本発明の文脈では、「連続フィラメント」とは、長さが少なくとも1000メートル、好ましくは少なくとも10000メートルの繊維材料である。本発明の文脈において、特に好ましい実施態様では、「連続フィラメント」とは、DIN60001T2(1974年12月)で定義される通り、実質的に無限の繊維である。
工程b)において、工程a)で提供された少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーでコーティングして、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーでコーティングされた少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを含む連続ストランドを得る。

Claims (13)
- 焼結粉末粒子(SP)を製造する方法であって、以下の工程、
a) 少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを提供する工程、
b) 工程a)で提供された前記少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーでコーティングして、前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーでコーティングされた前記少なくとも1種の連続フィラメントを含む連続ストランドを得る工程であって、前記連続ストランドの平均断面直径が10~300μmの範囲である工程、及び
c) 工程b)で提供された前記連続ストランドの寸法を低減して、焼結粉末粒子(SP)を得る工程であって、前記焼結粉末粒子(SP)の平均長さが10~300μmの範囲であり、前記連続フィラメントが、連続炭素繊維、連続ホウ素繊維、連続ガラス繊維、連続シリカ繊維、連続バサルト繊維及び連続アラミド繊維からなる群から選択される、工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記連続フィラメントの断面直径が3~30μmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結粉末粒子(SP)の平均長さと、前記焼結粉末粒子(SP)の平均断面直径との間の平均の比が、1:2~10:1の範囲である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、工程b)で得られた前記連続ストランドを10~300μmの範囲の長さに切断する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエステル、これらのコポリマー、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結粉末粒子(SP)の少なくとも70%が本質的な円筒形状を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種のポリマーが、ポリアミドポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーが、PA4、PA6、PA7、PA8、PA11、PA12、PA46、PA66、PA69、PA610、PA612、PA613、PA6T、PA MXD6、PA6I/6T、PA6T/6I、PA6/6l、PA6/6T、PA6/66、PA6/12、PA66/6/610、PA6l/6T/PACM、及びPA6/6I6T、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる焼結粉末粒子(SP)。
- 請求項9に記載の焼結粉末粒子(SP)を、選択的レーザー焼結、選択的抑制焼結、及び高速焼結からなる群から選択される粉末ベースの付加製造プロセスで使用する方法。
- 焼結粉末であって、前記焼結粉末の総質量に基づいて、10~90質量%の請求項9に記載の焼結粉末粒子(SP)、及び前記焼結粉末粒子(SP)とは異なる90~10質量%の他の焼結粉末粒子を含み、前記他の焼結粉末粒子が強化剤を含有しない、前記焼結粉末。
- 請求項9に記載の焼結粉末粒子(SP)のレーザー焼結又は高速焼結による成形体を製造する方法。
- 請求項11に記載の焼結粉末の選択的レーザー焼結又は高速焼結による、成形体を製造する方法。
