前記塩基洗浄することは、水酸化ナトリウムを2wt%以上5wt%以下の含有量で含む塩基性溶液を用いて0.5分以上5分以下行われる、請求項1に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。 - 前記低屈折表面層は、前記酸洗浄の間に実質的に除去されず、前記塩基洗浄の間に実質的に除去される、請求項2に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記被処理ガラスの前記低屈折表面層の厚さは100nm以上500nm以下である、請求項1に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記低屈折表面層をエッチングすることは、前記低屈折表面層を完全に除去することを含む、請求項4に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記低屈折表面層をエッチングした後の前記低屈折表面層の厚さは、100nm未満である、請求項4に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記低屈折表面層の屈折率は、前記ガラスバルクの屈折率より小さく空気の屈折率よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記被処理ガラスは、表面側に配置された圧縮領域と内部に配置された引張領域とを含み、
前記低屈折表面層は前記圧縮領域内に配置され、
前記低屈折表面層の厚さは前記圧縮領域の圧縮深さよりも小さい、請求項1に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。 - 前記低屈折表面層をエッチングされたガラスの最大圧縮ストレスは、前記被処理ガラスの最大圧縮ストレスよりも小さい、請求項8に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記被処理ガラスの最大圧縮ストレスと前記低屈折表面層をエッチングされたガラスの最大圧縮ストレスとの差は10Mpa以上100Mpa以下である、請求項9に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記低屈折表面層をエッチングされたガラスの圧縮深さは、前記被処理ガラスの圧縮深さと実質的に同一である、請求項8に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記低屈折表面層をエッチングされたガラスの最大引張ストレス(CT1)は、CT1≦-37.6*ln(t)+48.7を満たし、CT1の単位はMpaであり、tは前記
低屈折表面層をエッチングされたガラスの厚さであって、mm単位である、請求項8に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。 - 前記被処理ガラスの最大引張ストレスは、CT1’>-37.6*ln(t’)+48.7を満たし、CT1’の単位はMpaであり、t’は被処理されたガラスの厚さであって、mm単位である、請求項12に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- 前記圧縮領域は、前記低屈折表面層の表面で最大圧縮ストレスを有する、請求項8に記載のガラス製品の製造方法。
- ガラスバルク、及び前記ガラスバルク上に配置された低屈折表面層を含み、50μm以上100μm以下の圧縮深さ、850MPa以上1000MPa以下の最大圧縮ストレスを有するように化学強化されたガラスであって、
前記ガラスの表面側に配置された圧縮領域と、前記ガラスの内部に配置された引張領域とを含み、
前記低屈折表面層の屈折率は、前記ガラスバルクの屈折率より小さく空気の屈折率よりも大きく、
前記低屈折表面層は、前記圧縮領域内に配置され、
前記低屈折表面層は厚さが100nm未満であって前記圧縮領域の圧縮深さよりも小さいガラスを含む、ガラス製品。 - 前記圧縮領域は、前記低屈折表面層の表面で最大圧縮ストレスを有する、請求項15に記載のガラス製品。
