Description
本実施例による締結機具セットは、図1に示されたように、圧入ナット10と、スタッドボルト20と、対向ナット30及びワッシャー40で構成される。
ピンテールに対する実施例は図4乃至図6に示されている。
二番目は、スタッドボルト20はボルトヘッドがないにもかかわらずボルトヘッドがある場合と等しい性能を有することができる効果である。
図13の(a)乃至(c)には圧入リング60という追加構成が示されている。
図19は、圧入ナット10が母材(M)に圧入される過程の一瞬間が示されたものであり、図20は図19に表現された状況で図19の左側部位の拡大図であり、図21は図20の部位が母材(M)に圧入された後の状況を示したものである。
このように母材(M)が再び押し出されて形成された部位は、前述したように圧入部120が母材(M)から抜かれようとする力を受ける時抵抗力に作用されることができる復元領域(BA)になる。
図25に示されたように第1または第2余剰区間(S1、S2)の端部、すなわち、スタッドボルト20の端部にはボルトヘッド25が形成されることができるし、ボルトヘッド25はコンクリートに埋立される所に配置されることで、コンクリートとスタッドボルト20及び鋼材との接合力をさらに向上させることができる。

Claims (4)
- 圧入ナットとスタッドボルトと対向ナットとワッシャーを具備する圧入ナット-ボルトアセンブリーにおいて、
前記圧入ナットは通常のナット形態で形成されるヘッド部と、ヘッド部の両面のうちである一面でヘッド部の外径よりも小径となる形態で形成されて締結が要求される物体である母材(M)に圧入される圧入部を含み、前記ヘッド部と前記圧入部にはねじ山を有する中空が連続的に形成され、
前記スタッドボルトは前記圧入ナットに貫通される形態で結合される胴体部と、前記胴体部の端部に延長される形態で形成されて前記胴体部を回転させるための器具が結合されるピンテールを含み、前記胴体部は前記胴体部の長さ方向に沿って前記胴体部の外面に形成されるが、お互いに離隔されるように形成されるねじ山である第1ねじ山部と第2ねじ山部を含み、
前記対向ナットは前記スタッドボルトが貫通する物体である母材を間に置いて前記圧入ナットの反対側に配置されて前記スタッドボルトに貫通される形態で結合され、
前記ワッシャーは前記母材と前記対向ナットとの間に配置されて前記スタッドボルトが中心を貫通し、
前記ピンテールは前記胴体部の両端のうちで前記第2ねじ山部の端部に形成されることで、前記圧入ナットが前記第1ねじ山部と結合されて前記対向ナットが前記第2ねじ山部と結合され、
前記第1ねじ山部と前記第2ねじ山部はねじ山の方向がお互いに反対であること、
リング形状の部材として、母材の厚さ方向のうちで圧入部が挿入される方向の反対側から母材に圧入される圧入リングをさらに含み、
前記圧入リングは前記母材の一面が前記圧入部の圧入で変形される程度に前記母材の他面に同一な変形量を生成させ、前記母材が一面の過度な変形で捻れながらしなることを防止させてくれることを特徴とする圧入ナット-ボルトアセンブリー。 - 前記第1ねじ山部と前記第2ねじ山部はお互いに直径が異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧入ナット-ボルトアセンブリー。
- 前記胴体部は両端間に外径が減少される段差が形成され、前記第1ねじ山部と前記第2ねじ山部のうちで外径が大きい方が外径が大きい部位に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧入ナット-ボルトアセンブリー。
- 前記圧入ナットに形成された前記中空の内面のうちで前記ヘッド部の側にはねじ山が形成され、前記圧入部側にはねじ山がないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧入ナット-ボルトアセンブリー。
