Description
Claims (9)
- バッテリ(1)を封入するためのデバイス(100)であって、
ケース(11)およびカバー(12)を備え、前記バッテリを収容するためのハウジング(110)を形成するエンクロージャ(10)と、
前記エンクロージャ内に配置された切断スイッチ(30)と、
前記エンクロージャの外部に配置された、または一部が前記エンクロージャの外部に配置された、前記切断スイッチを作動させるための要素(34)とを備え、
前記切断スイッチ(30)が、第1の雄型電気接点(31)と、第2の雌型電気接点(32)と、第3の雌型電気接点(33)とを備え、
前記第1の電気接点(31)が第1の位置を有し、前記第1の位置では前記第2および前記第3の電気接点がそれぞれ前記第1の電気接点に電気的に接続され、前記第1の電気接点(31)が第2の位置を有し、前記第2の位置では前記第2および前記第3の電気接点の一方が前記第1の電気接点と電気的に接続されないように前記電気接点が配置されていることを特徴とするデバイス(100)。 - 第1、第2、および第3の電線路(2、3、4)と、第1および第2の電線路出力要素(5、6)とを備え、
前記第1の電線路(2)が、前記バッテリ(1)の第1の端子(201)を第1の電線路出力要素(5)に接続するように設計されており、
前記第2の電線路(3)が、前記バッテリ(1)の第2の端子(202)を前記切断スイッチ(30)に接続するように設計されており、
前記第3の電線路(4)が、前記切断スイッチ(30)を第2の電線路出力要素(6)に接続するように設計されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス(100)。 - 第1および第2のリレー(61、62)を備える第2の切断スイッチ(63)を備え、前記第1のリレー(61)が前記第1の電線路(2)にあり、前記第2のリレー(62)が前記第3の電線路(4)または前記第2の電線路(3)にあることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のデバイス(100)。
- 前記第2の電気接点(32)および前記第3の電気接点(33)が、1つまたは2つの絶縁リング(21、22)内に取り付けられ、前記絶縁リング(21、22)が、前記ケース(11)および/または前記カバー(12)内に取り付けられ、前記第1の電気接点(31)が、前記作動要素(34)に強固に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(100)。
- 前記第1の電気接点(31)が、前記第2の電気接点(32)に対して、かつ前記第3の電気接点(33)に対して自由に並進および/または回転するように自由に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(100)。
- 前記作動要素(34)が、手動把持要素(36)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(100)。
- 前記作動要素(34)が、電気アクチュエータ(70)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(100)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスと、前記デバイス(100)内に取り付けられたバッテリ(1)とを備える、アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ(1)を封入するためのデバイス(100)、または請求項8に記載のアセンブリを備える車両(50)。
