Claims (1)
- 反応器内で蒸気プラズマを用いる、オゾン破壊物質の分解のための2段階のプロセスであって、
第1の段階として前記オゾン破壊物質が前記反応器の高温領域内で加水分解され、
次いで第2の段階として燃焼酸素または空気が導入されて前記反応器の燃焼領域内で前記高温領域内よりも低い温度で、加水分解された前記オゾン破壊物質の酸化が行われ、
次いで前記反応器より排出されるガスの水による冷却が行われ、
前記蒸気プラズマのための水蒸気は、前記蒸気プラズマを発生させるプラズマトーチのプラズマアークの領域に導入され、前記オゾン破壊物質は、前記プラズマトーチの出口において前記蒸気プラズマに混合される、プロセス。
