Description
技術的課題
本発明の解決しようとする課題としては,可燃性素材表面に防炎処理をする場合には,表面構造の変化で光学効果低下と色相変化をもたらすようになる。火災予防によって防炎処理した可燃性素材の色相変化を生じる短所を解決するために防炎処理していない可燃性素材と金属素材と結合することでこの短所を克服したものである。
前記のような課題を解決するために下記のような構成を採る。
前記金属素材と前記防炎未処理薄膜シートとの間に,接着剤層を介して構成したことを特徴とする可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属素材を構成する。
前記可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属素材を付着するための構造物を複数個,相互に連結するための連結具を設ける。
本発明は,可燃性インテリアー素材の所望の柄を表現するように防炎処理をしないながらも表面に防炎処理したものと同一以上の防炎効果を示すものである。
図によって説明すれば下記のようである。本願発明は,可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属素材を有する防炎インテリアー素材に関するものである。
フォレストは防炎処理した場合にも自己消火性がないものとして判明された。
鉄板(Steel)の密度は7800kg/cm3,熱伝導度は45W/m・K,比熱は500J/kg・Kで決める。
接着剤の熱伝導度は3W/m・Kとするが,
鉄板(Steel)の密度は7800kg/cm3,熱伝導度は45W/m・K,比熱は500J/kg・Kで決める。
前記金属素材500と前記防炎未処理薄膜シートであるポリエチレン素材700との間には接着剤層600で構成する可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属素材400を構成する。
Claims (4)
- 金属素材と,
前記金属素材の材料としては,鉄,アルミニウム,銅,マグネシウムのうちで何れか一つを選択したものであり,前記金属素材は金属板材で構成され,
前記金属板材は屋内の天井又は壁面装着施工のために四角形状のタイル構造を有するように構成され,
前記金属板材の四辺に挿入端部の構成を有して,ここで前記四辺を直角形状で一方向に折曲して直線的に延びる前記挿入端部を構成し,前記挿入端部に結着突起ホールを構成し,前記金属板材の上部に防炎未処理薄膜シートを構成するが,前記防炎未処理薄膜シートはファブリック,木材フィルム,コルクフィルム,ポリマーフィルム,韓紙及び皮のうちから一つを選択したものであり,前記金属板材と前記防炎未処理薄膜シートとの間には接着剤層を構成することを特徴とする可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属板材。 - 前記金属板材の構成で厚さは,0.3mm~1.2mmの板材で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属板材。
- 前記接着剤層の接着剤は,エポキシ,ポリエステル,アクリル,酢酸ビニル,フェノール,尿素,メラミン,キシレンのうちで何れか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属板材。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のうちで何れか一項に記載の可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属板材を壁面に装着するために前記挿入端部に相当な挿入部と,
前記挿入端部に構成した前記結着突起ホールに結着するために,平面視四角形状の枠状本体の最外部の側面部に構成した結着突起と,
前記結着突起は前記金属板材と結合する時に逃避空間を確保するために前記結着突起の反対側に結着逃避空間部の構成を有することを特徴とする可燃性薄膜建築内装素材が接着された金属板材を付着するための装着構造物。
