Description
Claims (13)
- 作業機械に用いられる静油圧変速機であって、該静油圧変速機は、フレームと、該フレームに載置されたエンジンと、該油圧変速機によって駆動される少なくとも一つの車輪と、を有し、
筺体と、
前記エンジンの出力シャフトによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記少なくとも一つの車輪に接続された出力シャフトを駆動する油圧モーターと、
作動油を充填可能で高圧力、該高圧力より低い低圧力、およびニュートラル圧力のうちの一つの圧力に維持される第一作動油ラインと、
作動油を充填可能で前記高圧力、前記低圧力、および前記ニュートラル圧力のうちの一つの圧力に維持される第二作動油ラインと、
作動油を前記第一作動油ラインに流入させる第一逆止弁と、
作動油を前記第二作動油ラインに流入させる第二逆止弁と、
空気を随伴する作動油である空気随伴作動油が前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁に流入するのを防ぐ随伴空気偏向機と、を含み、
該随伴空気偏向機は、底部と、該底部から立設する一つの壁を含み、該壁は前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁を囲繞し、
前記ニュートラル圧力は前記第一作動油ラインと前記第二作動油ライン間で等圧化された圧力であり、
前記作動油が前記油圧モーターを前進方向に駆動するとき、前記第一作動油ラインは前記高圧力で維持され、前記第二作動油ラインは前記低圧力で維持され、
前記作動油が前記油圧モーターを後進方向に駆動するとき、前記第一作動油ラインは前記低圧力で維持され、前記第二作動油ラインは前記高圧力で維持され、
前記油圧モーターが停止しているときは、前記第一作動油ラインと前記第二作動油ラインの両方が前記ニュートラル圧力で維持され、
前記底部は、外側端部を有し、前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁より下に配置され、
前記壁が前記底部の前記外側端部から垂直上方に立設され、
前記作動油は空気随伴作動油と空気非随伴作動油とを含み、
前記底部は前記空気随伴作動油と逆止弁取り込み領域との間に延在し、該逆止弁取り込み領域は前記底部と前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁との間にあり、かつ、前記空気非随伴作動油を含む、静油圧変速機。 - 前記随伴空気偏向機の前記壁は留め具が入る開口を含む請求項1に記載する静油圧変速機。
- 前記随伴空気偏向機はガラス充填ポリマーからなる請求項2に記載する静油圧変速機。
- 前記ガラス充填ポリマーはガラス充填ナイロンである請求項3に記載する静油圧変速機。
- フレームと、該フレームに載置されたエンジンと、静油圧変速装置によって駆動される少なくとも一つの車輪とを有する作業機械用の静油圧変速装置であって、
筺体と、
前記エンジンの出力シャフトによって駆動され、作動油を送出する油圧ポンプと、
前記少なくとも一つの車輪に繋がった出力シャフトを駆動する油圧モーターと、
前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧モーター間で作動油を輸送し、高圧力、該高圧力より低い低圧力、およびニュートラル圧力のうちの一つの圧力に維持される第一作動油ラインと、
前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧モーター間で作動油を輸送し、前記高圧力、前記低圧力、および前記ニュートラル圧力のうちの一つの圧力に維持される第二作動油ラインと、
作動油を前記第一作動油ラインに流入させる第一逆止弁と、
空気を随伴する作動油である空気随伴作動油が前記第一逆止弁に流入するのを防ぐ偏向機と、を含み
該偏向機は、
前記筺体から離間され、外側端部を有し、前記第一逆止弁より下に配置される底部と、
前記底部の前記外側端部から垂直上方に立設され、前記第一逆止弁を囲繞し、前記筺体から離間された壁と、
を有し、
前記作動油は空気随伴作動油と空気非随伴作動油とを含み、
前記底部と前記壁とは、前記空気随伴作動油と逆止弁取り込み領域との間に延在し、該逆止弁取り込み領域が前記第一逆止弁から前記底部と前記壁の方へ延在し、、
前記ニュートラル圧力は前記第一作動油ラインと前記第二作動油ライン間で等圧化された圧力であり、
前記作動油が前記油圧モーターを前進方向に駆動するときは、前記第一作動油ラインは前記高圧力で維持され、前記第二作動油ラインは前記低圧力で維持され、
前記作動油が前記油圧モーターを後進方向に駆動するときは、前記第一作動油ラインは前記低圧力で維持され、前記第二作動油ラインは前記高圧力で維持され、
前記油圧モーターが停止しているときは、前記第一作動油ラインと前記第二作動油ラインの両方が前記ニュートラル圧力で維持される、静油圧変速装置。 - 作動油を前記第二作動油ラインに流入させる第二逆止弁をさらに含む請求項5に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記偏向機の底部は前記第二逆止弁より下に配置され、前記壁は前記第二逆止弁を囲繞し、前記偏向機は前記空気随伴作動油が前記第二逆止弁に流入するのを防ぐ請求項6に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記偏向機の前記壁は留め具が入る開口を含む請求項7に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記偏向機は、ガラス充填ポリマーからなる請求項8に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記ガラス充填ポリマーはガラス充填ナイロンである請求項9に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 空気随伴作動油が前記偏向機の周りを上昇する請求項7に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記空気非随伴作動油が前記偏向機の前記壁を越えて前記偏向機の前記底部にまで流れる請求項11に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記空気非随伴作動油が前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁と接触している請求項12に記載する静油圧変速装置。
