Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 作業機械に用いられる静油圧変速機であって、該静油圧変速機は、フレームと、該フレームに載置されたエンジンと、該油圧変速機によって駆動される少なくとも一つの車輪と、を有し、
筺体と、
前記エンジンの出力シャフトによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記少なくとも一つの車輪に接続された出力シャフトを駆動する油圧モーターと、
作動油を充填可能で第一圧力よりも低い圧力に維持される第一作動油ラインと、
作動油を充填可能で第二圧力よりも低い圧力に維持される第二作動油ラインと、
作動油を前記第一作動油ラインに流入させる第一逆止弁と、
作動油を前記第二作動油ラインに流入させる第二逆止弁と、
空気を随伴する作動油が前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁に流入するのを防ぐ随伴空気偏向機と、を含む静油圧変速機。 - 前記随伴空気偏向機は、
外側端部を有し、前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁より下に配置される底部と、
前記外側端部から垂直上方に立設され、前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁を放射状に囲繞する壁と、を含む請求項1に記載する静油圧変速機。 - 前記随伴空気偏向機の前記壁は留め具が入る開口を含む請求項2に記載する静油圧変速機。
- 前記随伴空気偏向機はガラス充填ポリマーからなる請求項3に記載する静油圧変速機。
- 前記ガラス充填ポリマーはガラス充填ナイロンである請求項4に記載する静油圧変速機。
- 作動油が第一逆止弁および第二逆止弁に流入するのを防ぐ偏向機であって、
外側端部を有し、前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁より下に配置される底部と、
前記底部の前記外側端部から垂直上方に立設され、前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁を放射状に囲繞する壁と、を有する偏向機。 - 留め具が入る開口を有する請求項6に記載する随伴空気偏向機。
- 前記底部と前記壁はガラス充填ポリマーからなる請求項7に記載する随伴空気偏向機。
- 前記ガラス充填ポリマーはガラス充填ナイロンである請求項8に記載する随伴空気偏向機。
- フレームと、該フレームに載置されたエンジンと、静油圧変速機によって駆動される少なくとも一つの車輪とを有する作業機械用の静油圧変速装置であって、
筺体と、
前記エンジンの出力シャフトによって駆動され、作動油を送出する油圧ポンプと、
前記少なくとも一つの車輪に繋がった出力シャフトを駆動する油圧モーターと、
前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧モーター間で第一圧力より低い圧力の作動油を輸送する第一作動油ラインと、
前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧モーター間で第二圧力より低い圧力の作動油を輸送する第二作動油ラインと、
作動油を第一作動油ラインに流入させる第一逆止弁と、
空気を随伴する作動油が第一逆止弁に流入するのを防ぐ偏向機と、を含む静油圧変速装置。 - 作動油を前記第二作動油ラインに流入させる第二逆止弁をさらに含む請求項10に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記偏向機は空気を随伴する作動油が前記第二逆止弁に流入するのを防ぐ請求項11に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記偏向機は、
外側端部を有し、前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁より下に配置される底部と、
前記底部の前記外側端部から垂直上方に立設され、前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁を放射状に囲繞する壁と、を含む請求項12に記載する静油圧変速装置。 - 留め具が入る開口を含む請求項13に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記偏向機は、ガラス充填ポリマーからなる請求項14に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 前記ガラス充填ポリマーはガラス充填ナイロンである請求項15に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 作動油は空気随伴作動油と非随伴作動油とを含む請求項13に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 空気随伴作動油が前記偏向機の周りを上昇する請求項17に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 非随伴作動油が前記偏向機の前記壁を越えて前記偏向機の前記底部にまで流れる請求項18に記載する静油圧変速装置。
- 非随伴作動油が前記第一逆止弁および前記第二逆止弁と接触している請求項19に記載する静油圧変速装置。
