Claims (5)
- 縦方向に支持された板材と、
板材を中間に介在させて、板材の板面を横方向からレーザ加工するレーザ加工機のレーザ加工ヘッドと板材背面側で対向配置させレーザ加工により生じた加工屑を吸引する集塵ヘッドを有する集塵装置と、
板材の下端近傍に設置された搬送コンベアと、
集塵装置をレーザ加工ヘッドとの対向位置から退避させた状態でレーザ加工により板材から離脱落下する落下物を搬送コンベア上に配置案内する案内装置であって、レーザ加工により板材から離脱落下する落下体を搬送コンベア上に向けて下がり傾斜状態で案内する案内装置と、を含むことを特徴とするレーザ加工材の搬送装置。 - 案内装置は、集塵装置の背面側に設けられ下端側が搬送コンベアの近接位置と、集塵装置の背面側位置と、を揺動自在に設けられた可動案内板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ加工材の搬送装置。
- 可動案内板はレーザ加工により板材から離脱落下する落下体を受けて搬送コンベア上に落下案内する落下案内部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のレーザ加工材の搬送装置。
- 落下案内部は、可動案内板の板面から一部を突出させた複数の転動体を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載のレーザ加工材の搬送装置。
- 集塵装置は、板材を中間に介在させて、レーザ加工機のレーザ加工ヘッドと対向配置させた集塵装置であって、レーザ加工機のレーザ加工ヘッドと対向する位置とレーザ加工対向位置から退避する位置とを移動自在に設けられた集塵装置であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のレーザ加工材の搬送装置。
