算出することができる。一例示において、ローカルサーバ(130)は、駐車車両(440)が充電駐車面(160)に設けられた充電器(156)に充電可能な電気自動車に該当しない場合、精算時に割増された駐車料金を課金して算出することができる。
Claims (12)
- 電気自動車のための統合管理システムであって、
電気自動車のための充電区域が備えられた駐車場の入車口を進入する入車車両の車両番号を認識可能な入車口LPR(license plate recognizer)と、
前記駐車場の出車口を進入する出車車両の車両番号を認識することができる出車口LPRと、
前記充電区域に設けられる、電気自動車のバッテリに電力を供給可能な一つ以上の充電器と、
前記入車口LPR、前記出車口LPR及び前記一つ以上の充電器と通信可能に連結されるローカルサーバと、
前記ローカルサーバと通信可能に連結され、少なくとも車両情報を記憶するデータベースを含む中央サーバと、
前記中央サーバと通信可能に連結され、車両と関連付けられた一つ以上の使用者端末と、
を含み、
前記ローカルサーバは、
前記入車口LPRによって認識された入車車両番号を前記中央サーバに転送し、
前記中央サーバから前記データベースによって確認された前記入車車両番号に対応する入車車両情報を受信し、
前記入車車両情報に基づいて、前記入車車両が電気自動車である場合、前記一つ以上の充電器のうち、前記入車車両が利用可能な充電器を決定し、
前記入車車両が利用可能な充電器が存在する場合、可用な充電器情報を生成して前記中央サーバに転送し、
前記中央サーバは、
前記一つ以上の使用者端末のうち、電気自動車と関連付けられた使用者端末から充電予約要請を受信し、
前記充電予約要請に応答して、前記データベースに充電予約情報を記憶し、
前記ローカルサーバから受信した前記入車車両番号に対応する前記充電予約情報が存在するかどうかを確認し、
前記充電予約情報が存在しない場合、前記可用な充電器情報に基づいて、前記入車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末に充電可能通知を転送し、
前記充電予約情報が存在するか、または前記入車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末から前記充電可能通知に応答する充電案内要請が受信された場合、前記可用な充電器情報に基づいて前記入車車両が関連付けられた使用者端末を介して前記入車車両を前記利用可能な充電器に対応する充電駐車面に案内し、
前記一つ以上の充電器は、それぞれの充電器と関連付けられて前記充電区域に設けられ、QRコードまたはNFCタグを含む充電器情報提供部をさらに含み、
前記一つ以上の使用者端末は、前記充電器情報提供部を用いて充電器識別情報を読み取り可能であり、読み取られた充電器識別情報に基づいて前記中央サーバに事前精算要請を転送し、
前記中央サーバは前記使用者端末の事前精算要請に応答して、決済料金を事前精算し、
前記ローカルサーバは、前記出車口LPRによって認識された出車車両番号に対応し、前記出車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末及びそれぞれの充電器と関連付けられて設けられる充電器情報提供部を通じた事前精算有無を含む前記出車車両の精算完了有無を確認するものである、統合管理システム。 - 前記統合管理システムは、前記充電区域に設けられて前記ローカルサーバと通信可能に連結される、前記充電駐車面に入った駐車車両の車両番号を認識可能な駐車面LPRをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の統合管理システム。
- 前記ローカルサーバは、前記駐車面LPRによって認識された駐車車両番号を前記中央サーバに転送し、
前記中央サーバは、前記データベースによって前記駐車車両番号に対応する駐車車両情報を確認し、前記駐車車両が前記充電駐車面に設けられた充電器に充電可能な電気自動車に該当しない場合、前記駐車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末、前記ローカルサーバを介して前記中央サーバと通信可能に連結された音響装置、前記中央サーバと通信可能に連結されて前記充電駐車面の駐車違反有無を取り締まる取締サーバ、及び前記中央サーバと通信可能に連結されて前記充電駐車面の駐車違反有無を取り締まる取締装置のうち、少なくとも一つに駐車違反通知を転送するものである、請求項2に記載の統合管理システム。 - 前記ローカルサーバは、
前記駐車面LPRによって認識された駐車車両番号を前記中央サーバに転送し、
前記中央サーバから、前記データベースによって確認された前記駐車車両番号に対応する駐車車両情報を受信し、
前記駐車車両情報の少なくとも部分的に基づいて決済料金を算出するものである、請求項2に記載の統合管理システム。 - 前記ローカルサーバは、前記一つ以上の充電器から、それぞれの充電器に充電可能に連結された前記駐車車両の充電量情報を受信し、
前記充電量情報の少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記駐車車両の決済料金を算出するものである、請求項2に記載の統合管理システム。 - 前記ローカルサーバは、前記出車車両番号及び前記出車車両の決済料金を前記中央サーバに転送し、
前記中央サーバは、前記出車車両番号及び前記出車車両の決済料金に基づいて前記出車 車両の精算を処理するものである、請求項1に記載の統合管理システム。 - 電気自動車のための統合管理方法であって、統合管理サーバによって、
入車口LPRから、電気自動車のための充電区域が備えられた駐車場の入車口を進入する入車車両の車両番号を認識した入車車両番号を受信する段階と、
前記入車車両番号に対応する入車車両情報を確認する段階と、
前記入車車両情報に基づいて、前記入車車両が電気自動車である場合、前記充電区域に設けられる一つ以上の充電器のうち、前記入車車両が利用可能な充電器を決定する段階と、
前記入車車両が利用可能な充電器が存在する場合、可用な充電器情報を生成する段階と、
前記可用な充電器情報に基づいて前記入車車両を前記利用可能な充電器に対応する充電駐車面に案内する充電案内情報を生成する段階と、
前記入車車両と関連付けられた一つ以上の使用者端末から、それぞれの充電器と関連付けられて前記充電区域に設けられ、QRコードまたはNFCタグを含む充電器情報提供部を用いて読み取られた充電器識別情報に基づく事前精算要請を受信する段階と、
前記使用者端末の事前精算要請に応答して、決済料金を事前精算する段階と、
前記駐車場の出車口を進入する出車車両の車両番号を認識した出車口LPRから、出車車両番号を受信する段階と、
前記出車車両番号に対応する前記出車車両の精算完了有無を確認する段階と、
を含み、
前記充電案内情報を生成する段階は、
前記入車車両番号に対応する充電予約情報を確認する段階と、
前記充電予約情報が存在しない場合、前記可用な充電器情報に基づいて、前記入車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末に充電可能通知を転送する段階と、
前記充電予約情報が存在するか、または前記入車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末から前記充電可能通知に応答する充電案内要請が受信された場合、前記充電案内情報を生成する段階と、
を含み、
前記出車車両の精算完了有無を確認する段階は、
前記出車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末及びそれぞれの充電器と関連付けられて設けられる充電器情報提供部を通じた事前精算有無を確認する段階を含むものである、統合管理方法。 - 前記統合管理方法は、
前記充電区域に設けられる駐車面LPRから、前記充電駐車面に入った駐車車両の車両番号を認識した駐車車両番号を受信する段階と、
前記駐車車両番号に対応する駐車車両情報を確認する段階と、
をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の統合管理方法。 - 前記統合管理方法は、
前記駐車車両番号に基づいて前記駐車車両が前記充電駐車面に対応する充電器に充電可能な電気自動車であるか確認する段階と、
前記駐車車両が前記充電可能な電気自動車に該当しない場合、前記駐車車両と関連付けられた使用者端末、前記統合管理サーバと通信可能に連結された音響装置、前記統合管理サーバと通信可能に連結されて前記充電駐車面の駐車違反有無を取り締まる取締サーバ、及び前記統合管理サーバと通信可能に連結されて前記充電駐車面の駐車違反有無を取り締まる取締装置のうち、少なくとも一つに駐車違反通知を転送する段階と、
をさらに含む請求項8に記載の統合管理方法。 - 前記統合管理方法は、
前記一つ以上の充電器から、それぞれの充電器に充電可能に連結された前記駐車車両の充電量情報を受信する段階と、
前記充電量情報に基づいて前記駐車車両の決済料金を算出する段階と、
をさらに含む請求項8に記載の統合管理方法。 - 前記統合管理方法は、前記駐車車両情報に基づいて決済料金を算出する段階をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の統合管理方法。
- 前記出車車両の精算完了有無を確認する段階は、
前記出車車両番号に対応する自動決済情報に基づく自動決済有無を確認する段階を含む、請求項7に記載の統合管理方法。
