Description
以下、第1実施形態に係る二次電池モジュールについて、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明をする。
本発明では、上述した第1実施形態の構成に加え、以下に説明する第2実施形態の構成が盛り込まれていてもよい。以下、第2実施形態について説明をする。この第2実施形態において、上述した第1実施形態と同一の構成要素、部材に関しては、同一の符号を付すことにより以下での説明を省略する。
本発明では、上述した第1実施形態の構成に加え、以下に説明する第3実施形態の構成が盛り込まれていてもよい。第3実施形態において、上述した第1実施形態、第2実施形態と同一の構成要素、部材に関しては、同一の符号を付すことにより、以下での説明を省略する。

Claims (9)
- 負極集電体、負極活物質層、セパレータ又は固体電解質、正極活物質層及び正極集電体を有する蓄電要素を複数積層されてなる積層電池を備えた二次電池モジュールであって、
前記積層電池における最外層の少なくとも一面には、電流取出層が接しており、
前記電流取出層には、上下に貫通する、前記積層電池内に発生した気泡を前記積層電池の外部に放出するための小孔が複数形成され、前記小孔は前記電流取出層の周縁部よりも前記電流取出層の中央部に相対的に多く形成されている、
二次電池モジュール。 - 前記小孔は、平面視で、円形状、楕円形状、又は、スリット状、のいずれかである、
請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記小孔が楕円形状の場合は、当該楕円形状の短軸の寸法が0.2mm~2mmであり、
前記小孔が円形状の場合は、当該円形状の半径の寸法が0.2mm~2mmである、
請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記電流取出層は、正極側電流取出層及び負極側電流供給層を備え、
前記正極側電流取出層及び前記負極側電流供給層は、弾性変形可能な弾性材で構成されている、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記電流取出層は、不織布で構成されている、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記電流取出層は、正極側電流取出層を備え、
前記正極集電体と前記正極側電流取出層との間には、PTCサーミスタが介装されている、
請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記電流取出層は、負極側電流供給層を備え、
前記負極集電体と前記負極側電流供給層との間には、PTCサーミスタが介装されている、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記電流取出層は、正極側電流取出層を備え、
前記正極側電流取出層は、複数の電流取出部と、前記各電流取出部から正極合流部までを電気的に接続するための複数本の正極導電線とを備え、前記各正極導電線の長さは、互いに略同一である、
請求項6又は7に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記正極集電体の上方には、放電時に電流を送出する正極整流部が幅手方向に延設されている、
