上記のように構成された気液分離器1において、導入路20から導入される気液混合物の流速を5~20m/sの範囲で変化させて、その際の分離効率および圧力損失を測定した結果を図11に示す。

Claims (10)
- 気液混合物から気体と液体を分離する気液分離器であって、
筒状の本体部と、
前記本体部に連通して設けられ、前記気液混合物が導入する導入路と、
前記本体部に、前記本体部の胴に形成される円弧において、弦の長さ方向に取り付けられ、前記気液混合物を整流する整流板と、
液体が分離した気体の排気流路を有し、
前記整流板は、前記気液混合物が流出する端部に向けて、前記本体部の内壁との距離が徐々に狭くなるように構成される幅狭部を有し、
前記本体部内の旋回部は上下に延在する前記本体部と仕切板により構成され、
前記排気流路の前記本体部の内部への差し込み部の延在長は、前記整流板の水平方向の延在部の上端位置の高さまである気液分離器。 - 前記整流板は、上方から視たときに、前記本体部の胴に形成される前記円弧において、弦長方向に配置し、一方が前記本体部の前記内壁に接続され、他方が幅峡部とする、請求項1に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記整流板は、前記本体部の円周の1/4以下の前記円弧の弦長方向に取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記導入路は、前記円弧の範囲内に自由な角度およびオフセット量で接続される、請求項3に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記整流板の流体吹き出し先端部の幅狭部は、旋回流の吹出し速度が5m/sec~20m/secの範囲になるように選定される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記整流板は正面視した際に、コ字状であって、少なくとも前記導入路の上方において前記本体部の前記内壁に固定されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記仕切板は、前記導入路より下方に設けられ、前記本体部の内径よりも小さい内径を備える、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記仕切板は、水平方向に沿って設けられる、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記仕切板に取り付けられたデミスタをさらに有する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記導入路より下方に設けられ、前記本体部を上下に仕切る前記仕切板をさらに有し、
前記仕切板の端部には上下に貫通する貫通孔が設けられる、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
