Claims (4)
- 装置内に取り込んだ外気の温湿度を調整し、調整された調整空気を培養基質に通気させた後に、培養基質を通過した空気をすべて装置外に排気しながら微生物を培養する通気式固体培養装置であって、
前記通気式固体培養装置は、空気取入口、送風機、空気調節機構、培養室、空気排出口及び制御機器を備え、
前記空気調節機構は、冷却手段、加熱手段、水噴霧手段及び蒸気噴霧手段で構成されており、
前記制御機器による空気調節制御は、前記空気調節機構を構成する各手段について、調整前空気の温湿度の状態が前記調整空気の温湿度の設定値に到達するのに適した手段の組合せを、前記設定値毎に前記調整前空気の温湿度の状態に対応付けており、
前記制御機器は、前記調整空気の温湿度の前記設定値が特定されたときに、前記調整前空気の状態に基づいて、前記空気調節機構を構成する各手段のうち、前記調整前空気の温湿度を前記設定値に到達させるのに適した手段の組合せを選択し、
選択された前記手段の組合せは、前記制御機器に制御されて、前記調整前空気の温湿度を調整することを特徴とする通気式固体培養装置。 - 前記手段の組合せが、温度調整用の加熱手段と湿度調整用の蒸気噴霧手段の組合せ、温度調整用の水噴霧手段と湿度調整用の蒸気噴霧手段の組合せ、温度調整用の冷却手段と湿度調整用の水噴霧手段の組合せ、及び温度調整用の冷却手段と湿度調整用の加熱手段の組合せ、のうちのいずれかである請求項1に記載の通気式固体培養装置。
- 装置内に取り込んだ外気の温湿度を調整し、調整された調整空気を培養基質に通気させた後に、培養基質を通過した空気をすべて装置外に排気しながら微生物を培養する通気式固体培養装置を用いた通気式固体培養方法であって、
前記通気式固体培養装置は、空気取入口、送風機、空気調節機構、培養室、空気排出口及び制御機器を備え、
前記空気調節機構は、冷却手段、加熱手段、水噴霧手段及び蒸気噴霧手段で構成されており、
前記制御機器による空気調節制御は、前記空気調節機構を構成する各手段について、調整前空気の温湿度の状態が前記調整空気の温湿度の設定値に到達するのに適した手段の組合せを、前記設定値毎に前記調整前空気の温湿度の状態に対応付けており、
前記制御機器により、前記調整空気の温湿度の前記設定値が特定されたときに、前記調整前空気の状態に基づいて、前記空気調節機構を構成する各手段のうち、前記調整前空気の温湿度を前記設定値に到達させるのに適した手段の組合せを選択し、
選択された前記手段の組合せは、前記制御機器に制御されて、前記調整前空気の温湿度を調整させることを特徴とする通気式固体培養方法。 - 前記手段の組合せが、温度調整用の加熱手段と湿度調整用の蒸気噴霧手段の組合せ、温度調整用の水噴霧手段と湿度調整用の蒸気噴霧手段の組合せ、温度調整用の冷却手段と湿度調整用の水噴霧手段の組合せ、及び温度調整用の冷却手段と湿度調整用の加熱手段の組合せ、のうちのいずれかである請求項3に記載の通気式固体培養方法。
