Description
Claims (11)
- 特に化粧、筆記、塗装、描画および/またはマーキングの目的で、粘性の物質を塗布するための装置(1)であって、
前記物質用のタンク(40)と、
アプリケータ(2)と、
前記物質を前記タンク(40)から前記アプリケータ(2)に搬送するように設計されたコンベヤ(3)と、
を有する装置(1)において、
前記コンベヤ(3)が、シリンダ(10)と、前記シリンダ(10)内に軸線方向に変位可能に配置された第1の閉鎖装置(80)および第2の閉鎖装置(30)と、前記閉鎖装置(80,30)を軸線方向に変位させるためのポンプタペット(20)と、前記シリンダ(10)と前記タンク(40)との間の第1の接続通路(41)と、前記シリンダ(10)と前記アプリケータ(2)との間の第2の接続通路(21)と、を有し、
前記第1の閉鎖装置(80)が、前記シリンダ(10)に対する前記第1の閉鎖装置(80)の位置に応じて前記第1の接続通路(41)を開閉し、
前記第2の閉鎖装置(30)が、前記ポンプタペット(20)に対して調整可能であり、前記ポンプタペット(20)に対する位置に応じて前記第2の接続通路(21)を開閉し、前記シリンダ(10)と協働して、ピストンとして機能するポンプを形成し、
前記第2の閉鎖装置(30)が、前記シリンダ(10)に対する圧力行程で前記ポンプタペット(20)の第1の停止部(24a)に当接し、前記シリンダ(10)に対する吸引行程で前記ポンプタペット(20)の第2の停止部(24b)に当接することを特徴とする、装置(1)。 - 前記第2の閉鎖装置(30)が、前記ポンプタペット(20)に設けられた第1の停止部(24a)と第2の停止部(24b)との間で調整可能であり、前記第1の停止部(24a)に当接したときに前記第2の接続通路(21)を開放し、前記第2の停止部(24b)に当接したときに前記第2の接続通路(21)を閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1の閉鎖装置(80)が、前記シリンダ(10)に対する圧力行程で前記第1の接続通路(41)を閉鎖し、前記シリンダ(10)に対する吸引行程の少なくとも一部の区間で前記第1の接続通路(41)を開放することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記第2の接続通路(21)が、少なくとも部分的に前記ポンプタペット(20)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第2の閉鎖装置(30)が、前記ポンプタペット(20)をリング状またはスリーブ状に取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第2の閉鎖装置(30)が、Oリングとして設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記シリンダ(10)が、前記タンク(40)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第1の閉鎖装置(80)が、前記ポンプタペット(20)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第1の閉鎖装置(80)が、前記ポンプタペット(20)と一体に形成されていないことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 互いに相対的に回転可能な2つの部品(50a,50b)と、前記2つの部品(50a,50b)の互いに相対的な回転を前記ポンプタペット(20)の軸線方向の移動に変換するトランスミッション(23,71)と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記トランスミッション(23,71)が、ガイド曲線(23)によってガイドされるカム(51a)を有し、前記ガイド曲線(23)が、閉路に沿って延在していることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の装置。
