화장품 도포장치
본 고안은 화장품 도포장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상하 방향의 가이드 홈이 형성된 제1 가이드관과, 물결모양의 가이드가 형성된 제2 가이드관을 포함하고, 상기 제1 가이드관과 제2 가이드관에 가이드 축의 축돌기가 체결됨으로써 제2 가이드관의 회전운동을 가이드 축의 직선운동으로 변환시켜 인체에 화장품을 도포하는 화장품 도포장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 액상 또는 페이스트상의 화장품은 디스펜서 용기에 저장되어 제공된다. 특히, 최근에는 별도의 화장품 수용도구가 필요 없도록 그 내부에 화장품이 수납되어 원하는 부위에 직접 화장품을 도포할 수 있으며 또한 그 외관을 향상시킨 펜 타입의 화장도구가 널리 출시되고 있다.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 하나의 양상은, 중공의 원통형상으로 일단은 폐쇄되고 타단은 개방되며 내부 공간에 내용물이 수용되는 저장용기와, 중공의 원통형상으로 상기 저장용기의 개구단부에 결합되며 내통부와 외통부를 구비하고 외통부의 일측에 상하 방향의 가이드 홈이 형성된 제1 가이드관과, 중공의 원통형상으로 상기 제1 가이드관의 외통부에 결합되며 그 상단부 내주면에 물결모양의 가이드가 형성된 제2 가이드관과, 상기 제1 가이드관 및 제2 가이드관에 체결되어 도포수단을 상하로 이동시키는 가이드 축과, 내용물을 펌핑하는 펌핑수단 및 펌핑된 내용물을 인체에 도포하는 도포수단을 포함하는 화장품 도포장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 일 구현예에 따른 화장품 도포장치는 제2 가이드관의 회전운동을 가이드 축의 직선운동으로 변환시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안의 일 구현예에 따른 화장품 도포장치는, 제1 가이드관의 가이드 홈 및 제2 가이드관의 물결모양 가이드에 가이드 축의 축돌기가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 화장품 도포장치는 저장용기의 도포수단 방향으로 회전가능하게 장착된 제2 가이드관을 적절히 회전시키면서 인체의 원하는 부위에 화장품을 도포함으로써, 사용자가 손쉽게 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
또한 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 화장품 도포장치는, 종래의 화장품 도포장치에서 필요로 하는 푸시 버튼 등을 포함하는 별도의 공급 유닛이 필요하지 않음으로써 구조가 간단한 화장품 도포장치를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

상기 가이드 축(40)의 상단부에는 도포수단(60)이 체결된다. 상기 도포수단(60)은 콘 형상의 캡(61)과, 상기 캡(61)의 내주면에 장착되며 대략 반구형으로 오목하게 함몰된 볼 삽입부재(62)를 포함한다. 상기 볼 삽입부재(62)에는 인체에 직접 화장품 등을 도포하기 위한 볼(64)이 회전 가능하게 삽입된다. 상기 볼 삽입부재(62)의 중앙에는 노즐(63)이 형성되어, 펌핑수단(50)의 토출구(52)를 통하여 토출된 화장품 등이 가이드 축(40) 내경을 거쳐 상기 노즐(63)을 통해 상기 볼(64)에 공급된다. 상기 도포수단(60)의 외부에는 화장품 등이 마르는 것을 방지하기 위하여 뚜껑(70) 등을 추가로 구비할 수 있다. 본 고안의 예시된 구현예에서는 상기 도포수단(60)이 볼 타입으로 예시되어 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않으며 브러시, 스폰지, 실리콘, 구체 또는 반구체 등 공지된 도포수단을 제한없이 채용할 수 있다.
이하에서는, 본 고안의 일 구현예에 따른 화장품 도포장치의 작동에 대하여 설명한다.
도 6 및 도 7은 본 고안에 따른 화장품 도포장치의 사용 정지 상태에서의 각 구성요소간 결합관계를 도시한 투시도이고, 도 8 및 도 9는 사용 상태에서의 각 구성요소간 결합관계를 도시한 투시도이다.
전술한 도면 및 도 6 내지 도 9를 참고하면, 먼저 화장품 도포장치를 사용하지 않는 상태에서는 가이드 축(40)의 축돌기(42)는 제1 가이드관(20)의 가이드 홈(23) 상단부에 위치하게 되며, 이때 축돌기(42)는 또한 제2 가이드관(30) 물결모양 가이드(31)의 오목한 홈 부분에 위치하게 된다.
이어서, 제2 가이드관(30)을 회전시키게 되면 축돌기(42)는 제2 가이드관(30)의 물결모양 가이드(31)의 제1 경사면(32)을 따라 이동하면서 제1 가이드관(20)의 상하 방향 가이드 홈(23)을 따라 아래쪽으로 이동하게 된다. 이어서, 제2 가이드관(30)을 계속하여 회전시키면 축돌기(42)는 상기 제1 경사면(32)의 끝 부분에 도달하게 되며 이때 축돌기(42)의 위치는 제1 가이드관(20)의 가이드 홈(23) 가장 아래쪽에 위치하게 된다. 이 경우 가이드 축(40)을 둘러싸고 있는 스프링(43)은 최대로 압축된 상태로 된다. 그 이후에는 상기 스프링(43)의 복원력에 의하여 축돌기(42)는 제2 경사면(33)을 따라서 원래의 위치, 즉 물결모양 가이드(31)의 오목한 홈으로 자동적으로 복귀하게 된다.
즉 본 고안의 일 구현예에 따른 상기 화장품 도포수단은 제2 가이드관(30)의 회전운동을 가이드 축(40)의 상하 운동으로 변환시키게 된다. 따라서, 이와 같은 작동을 반복함으로써 저장용기(10) 내에 수용된 내용물이 펌핑수단(50)의 펌핑작용에 의하여 외부로 토출하게 된다. 이때 물결모양 가이드(31) 제1 경사면(32)의 경사각을 제2 경사면(33)의 경사각보다 완만하게 형성하여 제2 가이드관(30) 회전운동을 가이드 축(40)의 상하운동으로 용이하게 변환시키는 것이 바람직하다.
이상에서 본 고안의 바람직한 구현예를 들어 본 고안을 상세하게 설명하였으나 본 고안은 상술한 구현예에 한정되지 않으며, 본 고안의 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 본 고안이 속하는 기술 분야의 당업자에 의해 많은 변형이 가능함은 자명할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 중공의 원통형상으로 일단은 폐쇄되고 타단은 개방되며 내부 공간에 내용물이 수용되는 저장용기와,
    중공의 원통형상으로 상기 저장용기의 개구단부에 결합되며 내통부와 외통부를 구비하고 외통부의 일측에 상하 방향의 가이드 홈이 형성된 제1 가이드관과,
    중공의 원통형상으로 상기 제1 가이드관의 외통부에 결합되며 그 상단부 내주면에 물결모양의 가이드가 형성된 제2 가이드관과,
    상기 제1 가이드관 및 제2 가이드관에 체결되어 도포수단을 상하로 이동시키는 가이드 축과,
    내용물을 펌핑하는 펌핑수단 및 펌핑된 내용물을 인체에 도포하는 도포수단을 포함하는 화장품 도포장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화장품 도포장치는 제2 가이드관의 회전운동을 가이드 축의 직선운동으로 변환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 도포장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화장품 도포장치는 제1 가이드관의 가이드 홈 및 제2 가이드관의 물결모양 가이드에 가이드 축의 축돌기가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 도포장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도포수단은 브러시, 스폰지, 실리콘, 구체 또는 반구체 등으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 도포장치.
