Description
NCF:炭素繊維のノンクリンプ布。
各混合物は、下記の表2に示す3つの配合物のうちの1つに示した量の材料をSpeedMixer(商標)カップに最初に秤量することによって調製した。次にカップをデュアルアシメトリック遠心分離FlackTek SpeedMixer(商標)(FlackTek Inc.、Landrum,SC)に挿入し、内容物を3,000rpmで1~2分間混合した。
残留物重量=(最終重量、繊維残留物およびるつぼ)-(初期るつぼ重量+初期繊維重量)
サイジングレベル(重量%)=(残留物重量(g)/初期繊維重量(g))×100
本願は以下の態様にも関する。
(1) 0.5~4phrの潜在性の粒子状硬化剤(curative)または固体硬化剤のコーティングを有する、500~3,000g/m 2 の目付けを有する耐熱性繊維の繊維材料構成要素を含む、熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグであって、前記プリプレグは(a)少なくとも1種の液状エポキシ樹脂と、(b)固化剤(hardener)および/または触媒とを含む熱硬化性樹脂混合物が注入されている、熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
(2) 前記繊維材料構成要素が炭素繊維である、上記(1)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(3) 前記繊維材料構成要素の目付が600~2,200g/m 2 である、上記(1)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(4) 前記繊維材料構成要素が、連続繊維織物、連続編組布、不連続繊維マットまたは不連続チョップドファイバーを含む、上記(1)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(5) 前記潜在性の粒子状硬化剤が、グアニジン、アルキルグアニジン、アリールグアニジン、アミノグアニジン、アミノグアニジンの塩、アリールグアナミン、有機酸ヒドラジド、三フッ化ホウ素-アミン錯体、芳香族アミン、イミダゾール、アルキルイミダゾール、30℃を超える融点を有する三級アルキルアミン、および三級アリールアミンから選択される、上記(1)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(6) 前記潜在性の粒子状硬化剤が、ジシアンジアミドであるグアニジンである、上記(5)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(7) 前記熱硬化性樹脂混合物中の(b)触媒または固化剤の量が1.5~12phrの範囲である、上記(1)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(8) 前記(a)少なくとも1種の液状エポキシ樹脂がビスフェノールAまたはFジグリシジルエーテルエポキシ樹脂を含む、上記(1)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(9) 前記(a)少なくとも1種の液状エポキシ樹脂(未希釈)が、25℃で500~15,000mPa.sの粘度(ASTM D445,Kinematic viscosity,2006)を有する、上記(1)に記載の熱硬化性樹脂プリプレグ。
(10) 熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸もしくは注入繊維材料またはプリプレグの製造方法であって、(i)任意の順序で、500~3,000g/m 2 の目付を有する耐熱性繊維の繊維材料構成要素を、ラッピングし、ワインディングし、収集しまたは蓄積することによって繊維材料のレイアップを形成し、0.5~4phrの潜在性の粒子状硬化剤または固体硬化剤の水溶液、溶媒溶液または水性分散液で前記繊維材料構成要素をコーティングまたはサイジングすることと、次いで(ii)前記コーティングを乾燥させるか、または前記コーティングを放置乾燥させ、次いで(a)少なくとも1種の液状エポキシ樹脂と、(b)ジシアンジアミドおよび/または触媒とを含む熱硬化性樹脂混合物を前記プリプレグに注入することと、を含む、方法。
Claims (9)
- 0.5~4phrの潜在性の粒子状硬化剤(curative)または固体硬化剤のコーティングを有する、500~3,000g/m2の目付けを有する耐熱性繊維の繊維材料構成要素を含む、熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグであって、前記熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグは(a)少なくとも1種の液状エポキシ樹脂と、(b)固化剤(hardener)および/または触媒とを含む熱硬化性樹脂混合物が注入され、前記熱硬化性樹脂混合物中の(b)固化剤および/または触媒の量が1.5~12phrの範囲である、熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
- 前記繊維材料構成要素が炭素繊維である、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
- 前記繊維材料構成要素の目付が600~2,200g/m2である、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
- 前記繊維材料構成要素が、連続繊維織物、連続編組布、不連続繊維マットまたは不連続チョップドファイバーを含む、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
- 前記潜在性の粒子状硬化剤が、グアニジン、アルキルグアニジン、アリールグアニジン、アミノグアニジン、アミノグアニジンの塩、アリールグアナミン、有機酸ヒドラジド、三フッ化ホウ素-アミン錯体、芳香族アミン、イミダゾール、アルキルイミダゾール、30℃を超える融点を有する三級アルキルアミン、および三級アリールアミンから選択される、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
- 前記潜在性の粒子状硬化剤が、ジシアンジアミドであるグアニジンである、請求項5に記載の熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
- 前記(a)少なくとも1種の液状エポキシ樹脂がビスフェノールAまたはFジグリシジルエーテルエポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
- 前記(a)少なくとも1種の液状エポキシ樹脂(未希釈)が、25℃で500~15,000mPa.sの粘度(ASTM D445,Kinematic viscosity,2006)を有する、請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂予備含浸繊維材料またはプリプレグ。
