Claims (10)
- 組成式Li2SiF6:Mn4+を有する蛍光体。
- 三方晶系で結晶化する、請求項1に記載の蛍光体。
- 空間群P321で結晶化する、請求項1または2に記載の蛍光体。
- 組成式Li2SiF6:Mn4+を有する蛍光体の、固相合成による製造方法。
- 前記固相合成が、高められた圧力且つ高められた温度下で実施される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記固相合成が、25kbar~85kbarの高められた圧力、且つ温度範囲500℃~1000℃で実施される、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 出発材料としてLi2SiF6およびA2MnF6[前記式中、AはLi、Na、K、RbまたはCsである]が用いられる、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- Li2SiF6:A2MnF6のモル比が、1:0.2~1:0.001である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体を含む変換LED。
- ・ 電磁的な一次光を発するように構成されている半導体積層構造、および
・ 前記蛍光体を含み且つ前記電磁的な一次光を少なくとも部分的に電磁的な二次光に変換する変換要素
を有する、請求項9に記載の変換LED。
