- 撚られて絶縁された複数の個別導体(3)を有する多重並列導体であって、
これらの個別導体(3)が、並んで配置された複数の部分導体束(2)ごとに重なり合って配置されている当該多重並列導体において、
テープ(7)が、前記多重並列導体(1)の長手方向(x)にこの多重並列導体(1)の側面(5)に当接されていて、
複数のスペーサプレート(6)が、長手方向(x)に分散して前記テープ(7)に配置されていて、前記多重並列導体(1)が、前記テープ(7)及び前記スペーサプレート(6)と一緒に巻付部材(8)で巻き付けられていること、
-前記テープ(7)が、前記多重並列導体(1)の側面(5)に直接に当接していて、前記複数のスペーサプレート(6)が、外側に配置されていて、これらのスペーサプレート(6)の高さ(H D )は、前記テープ(7)の幅(B)よりも大きく、又は
-前記複数のスペーサプレート(6)が、前記多重並列導体(1)の前記側面(5)に直接に当接していて、前記テープ(7)が、外側に配置されていて、これらのスペーサプレート(6)の高さ(H D )は、前記テープ(7)の幅(B)よりも大きく、又は
-前記テープ(7)が、少なくとも2つの部分テープ(7′,7″)から構成されていて、前記スペーサプレート(6)が、これらの部分テープ(7′,7″)間に配置されていて、これらのスペーサプレート(6)の高さ(H D )は、これらの部分テープ(7′,7″)のそれぞれの幅(B)よりも大きいことを特徴とする多重並列導体。 - 前記スペーサプレート(6)の高さ(HD)は、前記多重並列導体(1)の高さ(HL)に一致することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重並列導体。
- 撚られて絶縁された複数の個別導体(3)と複数のスペーサプレート(6)とを有する多重並列導体(1)を製造するための方法において、
長手方向(x)に分散して配置された複数のスペーサプレート(6)を有するテープ(7)が提供され、これらのスペーサプレート(6)の高さ(H D )は、前記テープ(7)の幅(B)よりも大きく、
-前記テープ(7)が、前記多重並列導体(1)の側面(5)に直接に当接していて、これらのスペーサプレート(6)が、外側に配置されていて、又は
-これらのスペーサプレート(6)が、前記多重並列導体(1)の前記側面(5)に直接に当接していて、前記テープ(7)が、外側に配置されているように、これらのスペーサプレート(6)を有する前記テープ(7)が、前記多重並列導体(1)の側面(5)に長手方向(x)に当接されること、及び
前記多重並列導体(1)が、前記テープ(7)及びこれらのスペーサプレート(6)と一緒に巻付部材(8)で巻き付けられることを特徴とする方法。 - 撚られて絶縁された複数の個別導体(3)と複数のスペーサプレート(6)とを有する多重並列導体(1)を製造するための方法において、
長手方向(x)に分散して配置された複数のスペーサプレート(6)を有するテープ(7)が提供され、前記テープ(7)が、少なくとも2つの部分テープ(7′,7″)から構成されていて、前記スペーサプレート(6)が、これらの部分テープ(7′,7″)間に配置されていて、これらのスペーサプレート(6)の高さ(H D )は、これらの部分テープ(7′,7″)のそれぞれの幅(B)よりも大きいこと、
これらのスペーサプレート(6)を有するテープ(7)が、前記多重並列導体(1)のこの多重並列導体(1)の側面(5)に長手方向(x)に当接されること、及び
次いで前記多重並列導体(1)が、前記テープ(7)及び前記スペーサプレート(6)と一緒に巻付部材(8)で巻き付けられることを特徴とする方法。 - 電気機械の巻線を製造するための請求項1又は2に記載の多重並列導体(1)の使用において、
前記巻線が、この巻線の軸線方向に並んで配置された複数の巻線群を有し、これらの巻線群が、前記複数のスペーサプレート(6)によって軸線方向に離間されていて、複数のスペーサプレート(6)が、軸線方向(x)に並んで配置された複数の巻線群ごとに少なくとも部分的に重なり合うように、テープ(7)にあるこれらのスペーサプレート(6)の長手方向(x)の間隔が選択される当該使用。
