Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a multiple parallel conductor for Windings of electrical machines and devices, especially transformers, the from individual insulated partial conductors to a rectangular cross section is composed of at least two partial conductors or one of Partial conductors existing cable, in which after the insulation is applied on the partial conductors and, if necessary, after twisting the multiple parallel conductor and before winding the multiple parallel conductor onto a drum, in particular on a transport drum, the multiple parallel conductor with a holding bandage, especially with a paper strip, and one along one Longitudinal surface of the multiple parallel conductor, cutting the holding bandage or tearing device, e.g. a rip cord is provided. Also concerns the present invention a manufactured by this method Multiple parallel conductor and a device for removal the rip cord and the paper strip with the tape for one Multiple parallel conductors according to the invention.
- Partial conductor with a rectangular cross section is used, also partial conductor with round cross section are conceivable.
- These multiple parallel conductors in particular Drill conductors are mainly used as winding material in transformer construction used.
- These multiple parallel conductors usually consist of one odd number of coated flat wires made of copper or aluminum, according to are stranded or shackled in a special system.
- Roebel rods in electrical engineering for reduction or Suppression of eddy current losses in the slot bars, especially with large ones used electrical machines.
- a method and a device of the above-mentioned type is known from US 5 577 366 A.
- the holding bandage When applied to the conductor, the holding bandage is along a Side edge turned over to the conductor, this turned-up section with a Apply glue and with the edges of the already wound during winding Holding bandage glued in order to secure the holding bandage.
- this adhesive technique is created in the area of the overlapping side edges a triple winding layer, which has an uneven thickness of the winding causes, which adversely affects the space consumption and cooling behavior of the Conductor affects.
- the holding bandage can be turned upside down not be used with their full width, so an increased paper consumption arises.
- there is a risk in this known device that undesirably adhesive is applied to the conductor and the Holding bandage sticks firmly to the ladder, which may cause it when removing the Holding bandage can damage the insulating layer.
- US Pat. No. 3,747,205 describes a method for winding a conductor disclosed a paper strip in which the entire conductor bundle with a Provide more or less thick paper insulation according to the requirements which, however, is not glued, to shift the conductor bars to enable each other. Furthermore, this known paper wrapper serves as additional insulation and is not used to process the multiple parallel conductor Away. Accordingly, it is also not a tearing or cutting the tether Facility, such as a ripcord or the like is provided.
- WO 95/30991 describes a multiple parallel conductor for windings known electrical machines and devices, in particular transformers, with a large-mesh woven band is banded.
- This woven ribbon also has one Selvedge, which significantly increases the strength of the tape against tearing.
- this selvedge can be disadvantageous in the finished winding impact. Due to the shear stress on the selvedge on the insulating varnish of the conductor insulation can be damaged, causing the voltage resistance Winding is reduced.
- Insulating lacquers are also known, for example from WO 96/31886, the actually need no further insulation to meet the required Have dielectric strength. Such multiple parallel conductors can therefore without Additional insulation can be involved.
- the multiple parallel conductor is placed on one Transport drum wound.
- the partial conductor is covered with paper. As above, however mentioned, the paper wrapping on the undervoltage winding itself can partially or completely eliminated, but would have to be removed very labor-intensive before entangling become.
- the object of the invention is therefore a method for producing a multiple parallel conductor to create that on the one hand avoids the above disadvantages and that on the other hand can be carried out economically and mechanically.
- the method according to the invention is based on the one mentioned at the beginning A method, characterized in that on the holding bandage outside on a Continuous gluing along the longitudinal surface, for example an adhesive tape is applied.
- the invention it is possible for the first time to create a multiple parallel conductor its cooling option, especially between the individual turns is optimal and which also ensures that by using more suitable Insulating materials on the single conductor ensure the desired dielectric strength is.
- Another advantage is that the optimization of the cooling facility Cooling cross section can be chosen smaller, which makes a cheaper Winding factor is reached and the overall height of the electrical machines and Devices, preferably the transformers, is reduced.
- the holding bandage serves in such cases solely the mechanical protection and the stability of the Multiple parallel conductors during winding and unwinding on or from the transport drum and can be realized with a low paper consumption.
- the tether after Unwind the multiple parallel conductor from the drum and before entangling a winding cut or torn with a ripcord and the Retaining bandage removed.
- the arrangement of the rip cord is a mechanical one It is possible to tear the paper wrapping before winding on the winding bench.
- the Adhesive tape causes orderly removal and disposal of the torn Paper strips is possible because all paper strip parts are contiguous for each Wrapping the multiple parallel conductor as a separate paper strip is the shortest Length.
- the rip cord at pulling off the rip cord, for example on the upper longitudinal surface and at an arrangement of the adhesive tape on the lower longitudinal surface, the rip cord be pulled upwards and the connected pieces of paper strip are collected in an orderly manner below the winding level.
- the paper strip is one with the Rip cord easily tearable spinning paper. This is the paper strip to dispose of in an environmentally friendly manner.
- the rip cord is a more tear-resistant Plastic thread.
- This plastic thread can, for example, in the case of a return Ladder manufacturing plant can be reused.
- the adhesive tape is one recyclable paper tape.
- the adhesive tape is one recyclable paper tape.
- a such paper tape extremely accommodating.
- the device for This will remove the tear line and the paper strip with the adhesive tape characterized in that on two opposite longitudinal surfaces of the Multiple parallel conductors each have a rubber roller provided by the feed of the Multiple parallel conductors are driven and that to a rubber roller Rip cord winding roller is arranged, which is driven by the rubber roller.
- This extremely simple device enables mechanical removal of the Paper wrapping and orderly disposal of waste.
- a caterpillar trigger can also be used.
- Fig. 1 shows a twisted pair
- Fig. 2 shows a device for the mechanical removal of the paper strips.
- 1 is a multiple parallel conductor, for. B. shown as a twisted pair 1, wherein
- up to 80 or more individual insulated partial conductors 2 one above the other can be arranged, each with mechanical stranding to the stranded wire change from two individual conductor stacks 3 from the top to the bottom position, whereby preferably the partial conductors 2 are offset by half a step length. This deformation is called cranking.
- insulation for this partial conductor 2 usually a paint insulation chosen.
- the ripcord 4 and the adhesive tape 6 are preferably - contrary to Representation in the drawing - on two diametrically opposed longitudinal surfaces of the conductor 1 arranged.
- the paper strip 5 itself is an easily tearable with the ripcord 4 Spider paper, which is available as an endless paper strip and itself is applied overlapping on the twisted conductor 1.
- the ripcord 4 is a tearproof, for sufficient for this purpose, plastic threads.
- the adhesive tape 6 is a recyclable paper tape.
- two rubber rollers 8 are provided, the two lie opposite opposite surfaces of the twisted conductor 1. Through the feed of the twisted conductor 1, the rubber rollers 8 are driven.
- This tether can be a Polyester film or a suitable material as a protective bandage.
- the device for removing this tether could be near the Drill head arranged knife-like instrument that the holding bandage in front the tangles into a winding, so that an orderly disposal is guaranteed.
