Description
以上、本発明の実施形態を説明したが、実施形態は例として提示したものであり、発明の範囲を限定することは意図していない。たとえば、実施形態においては、横置型の回転電機の場合を例にとって示したが、立置型の場合であってもよい。また、実施形態では、かご型の回転電機の場合を例にとって示したが、巻線型の誘導回転電機の場合であってもよい。
Claims (1)
- 軸方向に延びて回転可能に支持されたロータシャフトと、前記ロータシャフトの径方向外側に設けられた円筒状の回転子鉄心とを有する回転子と、
前記回転子鉄心の径方向外側で前記回転子鉄心を囲むように設けられた円筒状の固定子鉄心と、前記固定子鉄心の径方向の内側部分を前記軸方向に貫通する固定子巻線とを有する固定子と、
前記固定子の径方向の外側に配されて前記回転子鉄心と前記固定子を収納し、それぞれ前記回転子鉄心および前記固定子側と連通し互いに反対端に形成された通風路入口開口および通風路出口開口を有し前記軸方向に延びた少なくとも一つの通風路が形成されたフレームと、
前記回転子鉄心を挟んで前記軸方向の前記ロータシャフトの両側のそれぞれで前記ロータシャフトを支持する2つの軸受と、
前記ロータシャフトの少なくとも一方の前記軸受と前記回転子鉄心の間の位置に取り付けられて冷却用気体を駆動する内扇と、
前記軸方向に垂直な方向に拡がり脚リブ開口が形成されている脚リブを有し、前記フレームを下方から支持する脚と、
前記脚リブ開口が形成された部分に設けられた複数のフレーム外側フィンを含めて前記フレームの前記通風路が形成されていない周方向の領域に設けられた複数のフレーム外側フィンと、
を備え、
前記通風路は、前記フレームにおいて、前記脚が取り付けられた領域以外の部分であって前記脚よりも上方のみに設けられている、
全閉形回転電機の設計方法であって、
前記フレームの外表面において前記通風路が形成されている領域の割合である通風路領域割合が大きくなると低下する回転子導体バー温度と前記通風路領域割合が大きくなると上昇する固定子コイル導体温度とのそれぞれの前記通風路領域割合への依存性から、前記回転子で発生した熱の除去に支障をきたさないか否かを確認し、必要な前記通風路領域割合を確保するステップを有することを特徴とする全閉形回転電機の設計方法。
