Description
Claims (17)
- 患者の治療位置で網膜組織の一部の3次元OCTの撮像データを受信するように適合されたOCT撮像デバイスと、
前記治療位置で前記網膜組織に治療を適用するように適合されたレーザ治療送達デバイスと、
治療制御デバイスを備える手術最適化システムであって、前記OCT撮像デバイスと前記レーザ治療送達デバイスとが、前記治療制御デバイスに結合され、前記治療制御デバイスが、
プロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサが、
前記受信された撮像データから網膜の血管と非血管領域との間の縁部に基づいて血管を抽出して識別して、前記受信された撮像データをセグメント化し、
フラクタル解析および最小二乗回帰に基づいて複数の微小血管密度の値を定量化し、
特定の値を超える前記複数の微小血管密度の値のうちの1つまたは複数に基づき前記網膜組織の1つまたは複数の異常の存在を識別し、
前記1つまたは複数の異常に基づき1つまたは複数の治療パラメータを決定し、
前記レーザ治療送達デバイスによって、前記1つまたは複数の治療パラメータを用いて治療計画に従って前記1つまたは複数の異常に対して治療を送達するように適合される、
手術最適化システム。 - 前記治療制御デバイスがさらにユーザインタフェースを備え、前記ユーザインタフェースが、前記治療計画を受信するように適合される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療制御デバイスの前記プロセッサが、識別された前記1つまたは複数の異常を使用して前記治療計画を決定するようにさらに適合される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記識別された異常を使用して治療計画を決定するように適合された前記プロセッサが、識別された前記1つまたは複数の異常を治療するための前記治療パラメータを決定するように適合されたプロセッサを備える請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記治療の経過中に前記治療計画を更新するようにさらに適合される請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、処置の有効性の改良、処置の時間の短縮、細胞壊死の最小化、視力喪失の最小化及び発熱の減少のうち1つまたは複数を達成するレーザパラメータを選択することによって、前記治療計画を最適化するようにさらに適合される請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記受信された撮像データに基づいて前記網膜組織の前記1つまたは複数の異常の存在をさらに識別するように適合された前記プロセッサが、前記受信された撮像データに基づいて特定のタイプの異常を識別するように適合されたプロセッサを備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療位置での前記組織が網膜組織であり、識別された異常のタイプが、微小血管異常を含む請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療パラメータが、治療を適用するための位置、治療すべき位置のサイズ、治療から除外される位置、および治療に使用すべきレーザ出力のうちの1つを含む請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザ治療送達デバイスによる前記治療計画に従った前記1つまたは複数の異常への前記治療の送達が、前記治療制御デバイスによって自律的に行われる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザ治療送達デバイスによる前記治療計画に従った前記1つまたは複数の異常への前記治療の送達が、ユーザ入力を受信すると実施される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザ入力が、標的インジケータと前記1つまたは複数の異常の治療位置との位置合わせを含む請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 表示デバイスをさらに備え、
前記プロセッサが、前記表示デバイスに、網膜組織の前記一部の前記受信された撮像データの表現を表示させるようにさらに適合される請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記表示デバイスに、網膜組織の前記一部の前記受信された撮像データの前記表現上のオーバーレイとして、前記治療計画に従ったレーザエネルギーの標的の複数の位置を表現する複数のインジケータ要素を表示させるようにさらに適合される請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 患者の治療位置で網膜組織の前記一部を含む眼の画像を取得するように適合された顕微鏡をさらに備え、
前記プロセッサが、前記表示デバイスに、前記眼の前記画像および網膜組織の前記一部の前記受信された撮像データの前記表現を表示させるようにさらに適合される請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 網膜組織の前記一部の前記受信された撮像データの前記表現が、前記眼の前記画像上の網膜組織の一部に対して位置合わせされかつオーバーレイされる請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記顕微鏡に、前記眼の前記画像の顕微鏡の両眼のビューにおいて網膜組織の前記一部の前記受信された撮像データの前記表現を位置合わせさせかつオーバーレイさせるようにさらに適合される請求項15に記載のシステム。
