Claims (4)
- 電池パックであって、
周縁部を有するトレーと、
前記トレーを覆っており、前記トレーの前記周縁部に対向する周縁部を有するカバーと、
前記トレーの前記周縁部と前記カバーの前記周縁部の間に間隔を設けた状態で前記トレーの前記周縁部と前記カバーの前記周縁部を連結する連結部材と、
前記トレーの前記周縁部と前記カバーの前記周縁部の間の前記間隔に充填されたシーリング剤、
を有しており、
前記連結部材が、前記トレーと前記カバーの積層方向において前記トレーの前記周縁部と前記カバーの前記周縁部の間の範囲内に配置されたスペーサ部を有し、
前記スペーサ部が、前記間隔に沿う平面で前記スペーサ部を切断したときに第1断面積を有する第1部分と、前記平面で切断したときに第2断面積を有する第2部分と、前記平面で切断したときに第3断面積を有する第3部分、を有しており、
前記第1断面積、前記第2断面積、及び、前記第3断面積は、切断部に空洞が存在する場合には、前記空洞を除いた切断面の面積であり、
前記第2断面積が、前記第1断面積及び前記第3断面積よりも狭く、
前記第1部分が、前記トレーの前記周縁部に接する位置に配置されており、
前記第3部分が、前記カバーの前記周縁部に接する位置に配置されており、
前記第2部分が、前記第1部分と前記第3部分の間に配置されている、
電池パック。 - 前記第2部分の範囲内で前記スペーサ部の側面に、凹部が設けられている請求項1の電池パック。
- 前記凹部が、前記スペーサ部の前記側面のうち、前記電池パックの内側から外側に向かって伸びる面に露出している、請求項2の電池パック。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項の電池パックを分解する方法であって、前記間隔に挿入した鋸を前記間隔に沿って移動させることによって前記スペーサ部と前記シーリング剤を切断する工程を有する、方法。
