Claims (9)
- 平板状の振動部と、
前記振動部に接続される振動フィルムと、
前記振動フィルムに接続され、開口部を有する固定部材と、
前記振動部と前記固定部材とを接続する支持部と、
を備え、
前記振動フィルムは、張力をかけた状態で前記振動部と前記固定部材とを架け渡し、面方向に振動し、
前記振動部は、利用者が押し込み操作を行なう操作対象物に接続され、
前記振動部は、平面視して前記固定部材の内側に配置される部分と、前記固定部材よりも外側に延長される延長部を有し、
前記平面視して前記固定部材の内側に配置される部分および前記延長部は、一体となっている、
振動装置。 - 前記振動部は、前記延長部において前記操作対象物に接続される、
請求項1に記載の振動装置。 - 平板状の振動部と、
前記振動部に接続される振動フィルムと、
前記振動フィルムに接続される固定部材と、
前記振動部と前記固定部材とを接続する支持部と、
を備え、
前記振動フィルムは、張力をかけた状態で前記振動部と前記固定部材とを架け渡し、面方向に振動し、
前記振動部は、利用者が押し込み操作を行なう操作対象物に接続され、
前記振動フィルムには、前記操作対象物の押し込み操作の力に応じて発生する電荷の出力を検出するセンサ用電極が形成されていることを特徴とする
振動装置。 - 平面視して前記固定部材、前記支持部、および前記振動部は、一体となっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の振動装置。
- 前記振動フィルムには、前記操作対象物の押し込み操作の力に応じて発生する電荷の出力を検出するセンサ用電極が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の振動装置。
- 前記センサ用電極は、前記操作対象物の押し込み操作の力のうち水平成分の力に応じて発生する電荷の出力を検出する請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記センサ用電極は、前記操作対象物の押し込み操作の力のうち水平成分の力に応じて発生する電荷の出力を検出する第1センサ用電極と、垂直方向の力に応じて発生する電荷の出力を検出する第2センサ用電極が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
- 前記水平成分の力に応じて発生する電荷の出力を検出するセンサ用電極は、前記振動フィルムの長手方向に沿って、幅が単調に増加または減少する、請求項6または請求項7に記載の振動装置。
- 前記操作対象物の重さは、前記振動部の重さの2倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の振動装置。
