Description
オーステナイト鉄合金粉末と1以上の他の相の鉄合金粉末との混合物は、オーステナイト鉄合金粉末とフェライト鉄合金粉末との混合物を含んでいてよい。
オーステナイト鉄合金粉末は、150マイクロメートル以下の寸法を有する粉末粒子を含んでいてよい。
缶は軟鋼缶を含んでいてよい。
窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金はコバルトを含まない。
かかる部品は原子炉の構成部品であってよい。より一般的には、窒素富化オーステナイト合金は物品を構成することができ、或いは物品の被覆、例えば表面硬化層を構成することができる。
当業者であれば、互いに相容れない場合を除いて、上記の任意の形態に関して記載される特徴は、必要に応じて変更を加えて任意の他の形態に適用することができることを認識するであろう。更に、互いに相容れない場合を除いて、ここに記載する任意の特徴は、任意の形態に適用することができ、及び/又はここに記載する任意の他の特徴と組み合わせることができる。
Claims (16)
- オーステナイト鉄合金を製造する方法であって、オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を缶内に配置すること;前記缶から空気及び他の気体を排出すること;前記缶中に窒素ガスを供給すること;前記缶を封止し、次に前記缶内において前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を熱間等方圧加圧して、前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末中に前記窒素を拡散させて、窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金バーを製造すること;及び前記窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金バーから前記缶を除去すること;を含み、前記窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金は、12~41重量%のクロム、7~9重量%のマンガン、4~5重量%のケイ素、4~6重量%のニッケル、2.5重量%以下の炭素、0.2重量%未満の窒素、並びに残余量の鉄及び不可避的不純物から構成される上記方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末が150マイクロメートル以下の寸法を有する粉末粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末が50マイクロメートル以上の寸法を有する粉末粒子を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記缶が軟鋼缶を含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を前記缶内において1000℃~1200℃の温度で熱間等方圧加圧することを含む、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を前記缶内において1110℃~1130℃の温度で熱間等方圧加圧することを含む、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を前記缶内において1120℃の温度で熱間等方圧加圧することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を前記缶内において80MPa~140MPaの圧力で熱間等方圧加圧することを含む、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を前記缶内において90MPa~110MPaの圧力で熱間等方圧加圧することを含む、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記オーステナイト鉄合金粉末を前記缶内において100MPaの圧力で熱間等方圧加圧することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金が、28重量%のクロム、9重量%のマンガン、5重量%のケイ素、6重量%のニッケル、2.5重量%以下の炭素、0.2重量%未満の窒素、並びに残余量の鉄及び不可避的不純物から構成される、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金が0.8~1.2重量%の炭素から構成される、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金が1.7~2.0重量%の炭素から構成される、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金が2.2~2.5重量%の炭素から構成される、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記窒素富化オーステナイト鉄合金を用いて物品を製造するか又は物品上に被覆を与えることを含む、請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記物品又は被覆物品が原子炉の構成部品である、請求項15に記載の方法。
