d)少なくとも2つの区画要素が互いに溶着されているプラスチック容器を得る方法ステップと
を含む方法に関する。
少なくとも2つの区画要素を本発明に係る方法によって溶着するために適している温度調整式のノズル7が、図4に図示されている。ノズル7は、加熱ブロック13内にねじ込まれている。この加熱ブロック13は、たとえば加熱カートリッジおよびセンサを介して所望の温度へと調整される。熱伝導により、加熱ブロック13の温度がノズル7に伝達されるので、このノズル7は、温度調整されて作動させられる。溶加材8は、裏側からノズルに供給される。その際に、溶加材8を溶着線材の形で供給することが可能である。溶加材8を溶着線材として供給することの利点は、1.75mmまたは2.85mmの直径を有する溶着線材が一般的に3Dプリンタにおいても使用され、したがって、標準的に提供されていることにある。溶着線材の形の溶加材は、刻み付きねじと組み合わせたモータによって送ることもできるし、引き戻すこともできる。これにより、正確な調量供給が可能となる。しかし代替的には、たとえば造粒体の使用も可能である。造粒体の使用時には、溶加材8の貯蔵およびノズル7への分配がよりフレキシブルである。これは、特に、複数の溶着が並行して実施される場合、つまり、複数のノズルに同時に溶加材を供給しなければならない場合に重要である。本明細書において説明する方法の例では、0.5mm~1mmの直径を有する前側の開口11を備えたノズル7が使用される。これは、約2mmの溶着継目15の幅を可能にする。開口11の別の直径は、溶着継目15の幅の他に、溶着の強度も変更する。
Claims (21)
- 少なくとも1つの第1の区画要素と、該第1の区画要素に接合領域において熱可塑性により溶着された少なくとも1つの第2の区画要素とを含む、少なくとも部分的に熱可塑性のプラスチックから構成された容器を製造する方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つの第1の区画要素(1)および第2の区画要素(2)を提供する方法ステップであって、該区画要素(1,2)が、該区画要素の外縁部を含む熱可塑性の材料から成る少なくとも1つの接合ゾーン(3)を備えた板要素をそれぞれ有していて、少なくとも前記第2の区画要素が、前記板要素の外周面周りに配置された、遠位の第1の外縁部(6)および近位の第2の外縁部(5)をそれぞれ備えた側壁(4)を含む、方法ステップと、
b)少なくとも2つの前記区画要素(1,2)を互いに接合する方法ステップであって、熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る前記接合ゾーン(3)同士を接触させ、前記第1の区画要素の外縁部を、前記第2の区画要素の前記第1の外縁部に全周にわたって突き合わせ、2つの区画要素(1,2)間に全周にわたる突き合わせ部を形成する、方法ステップと、c)前記少なくとも2つの区画要素(1,2)を温度調整式の少なくとも1つのノズル(7)により溶着する方法ステップであって、前記少なくとも1つのノズル(7)を前記突き合わせ部に接触させて該突き合わせ部の周面周りにガイドするか、または前記突き合わせ部を前記少なくとも1つのノズル(7)に接触させて該少なくとも1つのノズル(7)に沿ってガイドし、前記区画要素のそれぞれの前記第1の外縁部(6)および前記第2の外縁部(5)を可塑化すると同時に、可塑化された溶加材(8)を前記突き合わせ部に移送し、これにより、前記両区画要素(1,2)間に溶着継目(15)を形成する、方法ステップと、
d)前記少なくとも2つの区画要素(1,2)が互いに溶着されているプラスチック容器(9)を得る方法ステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の区画要素が、前記板要素の外周面周りに配置された、前記板要素に対して平行に配置された遠位の第1の外縁部(6)および近位の第2の外縁部(5)をそれぞれ備えた側壁(4)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 方法ステップa)において、少なくとも1つの別の区画要素を提供し、方法ステップb)において、該別の区画要素の第1の外縁部(6)を前記第2の区画要素または場合により存在するさらに別の区画要素の前記第2の外縁部(5)に全周にわたって接合し、ステップc)において、互いに接合された前記区画要素間に形成された前記突き合わせ部を溶着する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 各々の別の区画要素が、板要素と、該板要素の外周面周りに配置された、前記板要素に対して平行に配置された遠位の第1の外縁部(6)および近位の第2の外縁部(5)をそれぞれ備えた側壁(4)とを含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 方法ステップb)において、前記区画要素同士を互いに相対回動不能に互いに接合する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの区画要素および前記溶加材(8)が、同一の材料から成る、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのノズル(7)が、前記溶加材(8)を可塑化する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの区画要素(1,2)のうちの少なくとも1つの区画要素が、ポリスチロール、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートおよびポリエチレンから成る群から選択された1種または複数種の熱可塑性樹脂を含む材料から成る、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶加材(8)の材料が、ポリスチロール、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートおよびポリエチレンから成る群から選択された1種または複数種の熱可塑性樹脂である、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶加材(8)を、造粒体の形で前記少なくとも1つのノズル(7)に供給する、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶加材(8)を、連続的なストランドの形で前記少なくとも1つのノズル(7)に供給する、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 別の方法ステップb’)において、前記区画要素を前記突き合わせ部の領域において予熱する、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 方法ステップb’)において、前記区画要素を前記突き合わせ部の領域において加熱空気、赤外線放射および/またはマイクロ波放射により予熱する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 別の方法ステップc’)において、前記溶着継目(15)を加熱する、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 方法ステップc’)において、前記溶着継目(15)を加熱空気、赤外線放射および/またはマイクロ波放射により加熱する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記区画要素相互の突き合わせにより、方法ステップb)において、前記区画要素間の前記突き合わせ部の領域に少なくとも1つの凹部を形成する、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記温度調整式の少なくとも1つのノズル(7)を、方法ステップc)において、前記少なくとも1つの凹部内に完全にまたは部分的に導入する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記区画要素を含む前記容器が、細胞の培養および/または検査のための細胞培養容器である、請求項1から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの区画要素が、細胞培養シャーレである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの区画要素が、細胞培養培地用の供給通路としての接続通路を有している、請求項18または請求項19に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの区画要素が、消費された細胞培養培地用の排出通路を有している、請求項20に記載の方法。
