Description
Claims (13)
- モータであって、
少なくとも部分的に板金材料で製造されるモータキャリアと、
可動モータ部品と、
前記可動モータ部品を前記モータキャリアに連結するバネ要素と、を備え、
前記板金材料が、前記板金材料の2層が互いに向かい合って配置されるよう、前記板金材料が折り畳まれる少なくとも1つの連結領域を含み、前記2層はそれぞれ、スロットを含み、前記スロットは互いに整列し、前記整列されるスロットを通って、前記バネ要素の接続延長部が延在する、モータ。 - 前記バネ要素の近位にある板金材料の前記層の前記スロットが、少なくとも1つの領域において、前記バネ要素の遠位にある前記板金材料の前記層の前記スロットよりも幅が狭い、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記スロットが前記板金材料の折縁に接合開口部を有するよう、前記整列されたスロットが前記折縁から延在する、請求項1又は2に記載のモータ。
- 前記整列されるスロットの前記接合開口部が、広い面取り部を備える、請求項3に記載のモータ。
- 前記バネ要素の前記接続延長部が、少なくとも、前記バネ要素の遠位にある前記板金材料の層において溶接により固定される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 0.005mm~5.0mmの範囲で幅を有する前記2層間で間隙が延在する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 前記バネ要素の近位にある前記層が、1.0mm~10.0mmの範囲で、前記折縁からその自由縁までの長さを有し、又は前記スロットから自由側縁までの前記バネ要素の近位にある前記層の幅が、1.0mm~5.0mmの範囲である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 前記板金材料が、少なくとも板金材料の、向かい合って配置される2層の領域において、0.05mm~2.0mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 前記バネ要素が、板金材料の向かい合って配置される前記2層と垂直に広がる平面内で静止して延在する板バネ要素である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 前記可動モータ部品が直線振動運動用に配置される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 板金材料の前記近位層の前記スロットの幅が、前記バネ要素の前記接続延長部と前記スロットとの間で圧入を提供するよう設定され、前記板金材料の前記遠位層の前記スロットの幅が、前記延長接続部と前記スロットとの間でとまりばめを提供するように設定される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- 前記近位層内の前記スロットが、前記折縁と対向する前記板金材料の縁に開口部を有する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
- パーソナルケアデバイス、特に、電動歯ブラシであって、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のモータを備える、パーソナルケアデバイス。
