Description
本発明の他の態様では、ほぼ平坦なシート材料によって形成されたベースメンバと、滑らかにして凸面状を有することがなく、連続的に屈曲しない内周部を備えるガスケット捕獲開口を備える流体運搬システムに用いられるガスケットリテーナを供給する。内周は、3つのほぼ同一の形状の内周部と、3つのほぼ同一の形状の内周部のそれぞれの両端部が結合した3つの曲がった半径によって開口の外観上がほぼ三角形状に形成される。前記開口はほぼ三角形状に表され、前記開口は、円形要素を通過させる十分な開口サイズによって定義され、前記ほぼ同一の形状の内周部および反対側の開口の内周部の半径のそれぞれの間において、円形要素の通過を許容するのに十分な大きさであり、同時に隣り合う一対の同一の大きな曲率の内周部の間において前記円形要素の外周の開口、溝、または、ねじ付き部と結合するために十分小さな隙間が維持される。
Claims (6)
- 液体運搬システムに用いられるガスケットリテーナにおいて、
平坦なシート材料により形成されるベースメンバと、
前記ベースメンバに配置され、長径および短径を備える楕円形状のガスケット捕獲開口とを備え、
前記ガスケット捕獲開口は滑らかな窪状をなし、前記長径は円形ガスケットを通過させるのに十分な大きさを有し、前記短径は前記円形ガスケットの外周の開口または溝に係合するために十分な小ささを有し、
前記ベースメンバは前記円形ガスケットの挿入中に屈曲され、挿入後にその屈曲が解放されるように構成され、
前記ガスケット捕獲開口は前記ベースメンバとともに曲げられるように構成されたガスケットリテーナ。 - 前記ガスケット捕獲開口に対して両側に配置される少なくとも2つの締結開口をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のガスケットリテーナ。
- 前記ベースメンバはステンレス鋼から形成されている請求項1に記載のガスケットリテーナ。
- 液体運搬システムに用いられるガスケットリテーナにおいて、
平坦なシート材料により形成されるベースメンバと、
前記ベースメンバに配置されたガスケット捕獲開口と
を備え、
前記ガスケット捕獲開口はD字形状をなし、円形ガスケットを通過させるとともに、前記円形ガスケットの外周の開口または溝に係合し、かつ、直線部によって短径に沿って切り取られた楕円の半分からなり、前記直線部の両端部は角部の湾曲に組み込まれ、
前記ベースメンバは前記円形ガスケットの挿入中に屈曲され、挿入後にその屈曲が解放されるように構成され、
前記ガスケット捕獲開口は前記ベースメンバとともに曲げられるように構成されたガスケットリテーナ。 - 前記ガスケット捕獲開口に対して両側に配置される少なくとも2つの締結開口をさらに含む請求項4に記載のガスケットリテーナ。
- 前記ベースメンバはステンレス鋼から形成されている請求項4に記載のガスケットリテーナ。
