Claims (4)
- 関連する金型に溶融金属を満たすための溶融金属ポンプ組立体であって、
モータをインペラに連結する細長いシャフトを有するポンプと、
関連する炉装置に取り付けられて前記ポンプを受け取るように構成されたフレームと、
を備え、
前記インペラは、ベース部材のチャンバ内に収容されて、当該インペラの回転によって、前記チャンバ内に入口を介して前記溶融金属を引き込み、前記チャンバの出口を通じて溶融金属を上昇管組立体内に押し込み、
前記フレームは、前記炉装置内に存在する溶融金属中に前記ベース部材を配置できるように前記ポンプを懸架し、
前記フレームは、前記ポンプの上昇及び下降を選択的に行って前記金型との係合及び離脱を引き起こすための機構を含み、
前記機構は、前記ポンプを前記金型と係合する上昇位置に向かわせ、炉持ち上げ装置によって供給された過大な油圧力、空圧力又は機械力に応答して、前記ポンプを下降させる、
ことを特徴とする組立体。 - 前記機構は、レバーアームを含む、
