Description
図1から図3が参照されるとおり、本発明は外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ100を提供し、エアポンプ100はエアポンプ本体10と、流路座20と、少なくとも1つの空気弁30とを含み、流路座20はエアポンプ本体10に設けられ、空気弁30は流路座20に接続される。具体的には、エアポンプ本体10は駆動モータ11と、駆動モータ11によって作動されて送出気流を発生させる少なくとも1つのエアバッグ群12とを含み、エアバッグ群12は排気穴121を有し、排気穴121はエアバッグ群12に連通し且つ当該送出気流を送り出し、駆動モータ11及びエアバッグ群12の実施形態は中国実用新案登録第CN206290397U号及び本出願人が提出した中国特許公開第CN110145461A号を参照でき、ここで詳細な説明が省略される。また、流路座20には当該送出気流を受け取る気流チャネル21と、気流チャネル21に連通し且つ流路座20の任意の側壁面に延伸する圧力逃しチャネル22とが設けられる。詳細に説明すると、図2及び図3が参照されるとおり、気流チャネル21の一端は排気穴121に連通し、他端には当該送出気流を排出させる気流出口211が設けられ、圧力逃しチャネル22の設置位置は流路座20にあり、且つ圧力逃しチャネル22から当該送出気流が速やかに排出されるように、圧力逃しチャネル22は気流チャネル21の中央に設けられ、且つ流路座20の気流出口211が設けられない任意の方向に延伸してもよい。つまり、圧力逃しチャネル22の延伸方向は使用上のニーズに応じて調整することができ、図示の形態に限られない。また、圧力逃しチャネル22が当該側壁面に露出するように、当該側壁面には圧力逃しチャネル22に連通する取付け穴23を開設する必要があり、圧力逃しアセンブリ24は取付け穴23から圧力逃しチャネル22内に配置される。また、当該少なくとも1つの空気弁30は流路座20に取り付けられ且つ気流出口211に連通することで当該送出気流を排出させて被充填物を充填する。

Claims (7)
- 駆動モータと、前記駆動モータによって作動されて気流を発生させる少なくとも1つのエアバッグ群とを備えるエアポンプ本体と、
前記エアポンプ本体に接続された流路座であって、前記エアバッグ群の送出気流を受け取り且つ少なくとも2つの気流出口が設けられた気流チャネルと、前記気流チャネルの中央に連通し且つ前記流路座の任意の側壁面に延伸する圧力逃しチャネルとが設けられ、前記側壁面には前記圧力逃しチャネル出口の取付け穴が開設され、且つ前記取付け穴から前記圧力逃しチャネル内に収まる圧力逃し部品が配置され、前記圧力逃しチャネルは前記気流チャネルに連通する位置から前記取付け穴まで内径が異なる接続部分、可動部分及び取付け部分を有し、且つ接続部分、可動部分、取付け部分の順に内径が大きくなる前記流路座と、
前記送出気流を受け取るように、前記流路座に接続され且つそれぞれ前記複数の気流出口に連通する少なくとも2つの空気弁とを含むことを特徴とする外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ。 - 前記圧力逃し部品は前記取付け部分内に設けられた固定部品と、前記可動部分内に設けられ且つ弾性部品によって前記固定部品に当接する可動部品とを含み、前記可動部品の外径が前記接続部分の内径より大きく且つ前記取付け部分の内径より小さいため、前記可動部品は前記弾性部品による前記気流チャネル内の圧力変化で、前記接続部分を閉鎖させる閉鎖位置と、前記気流チャネル内の気流が前記接続部分を通り且つ前記取付け穴から外部に排出される圧力逃し位置とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ。
- 前記可動部品と前記接続部分との間には気流の通過を止めるのを助けるガスストッパーがさらに設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ。
- 前記固定部品では透過穴によって前記取付け部分と外部を連通させることで圧力逃し気流が外部に排出されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ。
- 前記流路座の前記複数の気流出口に位置する箇所に、前記2つの空気弁を収容するための少なくとも1つの第1接続部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ。
- 前記流路座には、前記駆動モータ及び前記2つの空気弁に電気信号を提供するための制御回路基板と、前記制御回路基板を収容する第2接続部とがさらに設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ。
- 前記流路座には、前記2つの空気弁及び前記制御回路基板を覆うための蓋体が設けられ、前記蓋体には前記2つの空気弁を接続させるための少なくとも1つの送出穴と、前記制御回路基板を接続させるための配線穴とがさらに設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の外置式圧力逃し弁を備えるエアポンプ。
