Claims (9)
- ユニバーサルジョイント用のジャーナルクロス(9)であって、当該ジャーナルクロス(9)がジャーナル端部(11)を有する、ジャーナルクロス(9)において、
当該ジャーナルクロス(9)が、潤滑剤用の少なくとも2つの別個の貫通案内路(37,39)を有し、当該貫通案内路(37,39)の出口が前記ジャーナル端部(11)のそれぞれに設けられており、各貫通案内路(37,39)が、途中で他の貫通案内路(37,39)と交わることなく、1つのジャーナル端部(11)に対応する正確に1つの軸受部(A,B,C,D)に潤滑剤を供給するために設けられており、
2つの中心軸線を有するユニバーサルジョイント用のジャーナルクロス(9)において、当該ジャーナルクロス(9)が、前記中心軸線(31,33)のうちの少なくとも一方の中心軸線から間隔を置いて潤滑剤用の貫通案内路(37,39)を有し、
前記貫通案内路(37,39)のそれぞれが、前記中心軸線(31,33)のそれぞれに対して平行に配置されていることを特徴とする、ユニバーサルジョイント用のジャーナルクロス。 - ユニバーサルジョイント用のジャーナルクロス(9)であって、当該ジャーナルクロス(9)がジャーナル端部(11)を有する、ジャーナルクロス(9)において、
当該ジャーナルクロス(9)が、潤滑剤用の少なくとも2つの別個の貫通案内路(37,39)を有し、当該貫通案内路(37,39)の出口が前記ジャーナル端部(11)のそれぞれに設けられており、各貫通案内路(37,39)が、途中で他の貫通案内路(37,39)と交わることなく、1つのジャーナル端部(11)に対応する正確に1つの軸受部(A,B,C,D)に潤滑剤を供給するために設けられており、
2つの中心軸線を有するユニバーサルジョイント用のジャーナルクロス(9)において、当該ジャーナルクロス(9)が、前記中心軸線(31,33)のうちの少なくとも一方の中心軸線から間隔を置いて潤滑剤用の貫通案内路(37,39)を有し、
前記貫通案内路(37,39)の2つが、90°の角度で折り曲げられていることを特徴とする、ユニバーサルジョイント用のジャーナルクロス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの貫通案内路(37,39)が、当該ジャーナルクロス(9)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のジャーナルクロス。
- 潤滑剤用の前記貫通案内路(37,39)の開口部が、互いに反対の側に位置する2つのジャーナル端部(11)に配置されており、該貫通案内路(37,39)によって2つの軸受部(A,B,C,D)が潤滑可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項2を引用する請求項3記載のジャーナルクロス。
- ユニバーサルジョイント(7)であって、第1のジョイントヨーク(3)と第2のジョイントヨーク(5)とジャーナルクロス(9)とを備え、該ジャーナルクロス(9)のジャーナル端部(11)が、前記第1のジョイントヨーク(3)内と前記第2のジョイントヨーク(5)内とに支持されている、ユニバーサルジョイント(7)において、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のジャーナルクロス(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする、ユニバーサルジョイント(7)。 - 当該ユニバーサルジョイント(7)内のジャーナルクロス(9)の互いに反対の側に位置する2つのジャーナル端部(11)の側に、当該ユニバーサルジョイント(7)が、それぞれ2つの潤滑剤供給部(43,45)を有し、各潤滑剤供給部(43,45)が、正確に1つの軸受部(A,B,C,D)に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項2を引用する請求項5記載のユニバーサルジョイント。
- 当該ジャーナルクロス(9)の、互いに対して90°の角度を成し、2つの位置に潤滑剤供給部(41)が設けられており、該潤滑剤供給部(41)が、該ジャーナルクロス(9)のジャーナル端部(11)に配置された外側のカバー(25)および/または内側のカバー(27)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項1を引用する請求項3記載のユニバーサルジョイント。
- 請求項5から請求項7までのいずれか1項記載のユニバーサルジョイントの軸受部(A,B,C,D)を潤滑する方法において、
軸受部(A,B,C,D)の潤滑が、静止状態で行われるか、または回転貫通案内路を設けることによって作動中に行われるようになっていることを特徴とする、ユニバーサルジョイントの軸受を潤滑する方法。 - 方法ステップ:
-前記ユニバーサルジョイント(7)の静止状態で、または作動中に、前記ジャーナルクロス(9)の2つのジャーナル端部(11)から潤滑剤を供給し、ジャーナルの各軸受部(A,B,C,D)に設けられた潤滑剤流出部(51)から潤滑剤が流出するようになるまで、前記各軸受部に個々に潤滑剤を供給する、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
