Abstract

一种独立注油式万向轴十字单元包结构,包括十字轴、轴承,其特征在于:十字轴中心孔以及十字轴与轴承相通的十字交叉的油脂通道设有封堵,轴承都带有独立的注油孔,且注油孔处都设有独立的油脂嘴。本实用新型优化后的十字单元包隔离封堵两条十字交叉相通的油脂通道,同时封堵十字轴中心孔,使用带有独立注油孔的轴承,注油时油脂直接进入轴承内部。经过长期的线路试验及对不同运用里程的万向轴的分解检修证明,优化后的独立注油式十字单元包结构能够保证滚针轴承的充分润滑,同时也解决了轴承磨损的问题,进一步提高了车辆运行的可靠性及安全性。

技术领域
本实用新型属于高速铁路客车技术,应用在CRH5A型高速动车组传动系统万向轴上。
背景技术
CRH5A型动车组传动系统用万向轴为进口采购件,在车辆运营及万向轴检修过程中,发现约有20%的万向轴存在十字单元包滚针轴承润滑不良问题。万向轴轴承为滚针轴承,由轴承体、滚针、磨耗垫、密封圈等零部件组成。目前,十字单元包从十字轴中心安装的油脂嘴注油,油脂从十字轴内部相通的润滑通道到达各轴承集中供油,若部分通道存在堵塞,油脂将流向其它轴承,轴承存在无法得到充分润滑的可能,润滑不良导致轴承、滚针及十字轴磨损严重,严重影响了CRH5A型动车组的运营安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型专利针对目前CRH5A型动车组传动系统万向轴注油时部分轴承得不到充分润滑问题,对万向轴的十字单元包结构进行优化,保证滚针轴承的充分润滑,同时也解决了轴承磨损的问题,进一步提高了车辆运行的可靠性及安全性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种独立注油式万向轴十字单元包结构,包括十字轴、轴承,其特征在于:十字轴中心孔以及十字轴与轴承相通的十字交叉的油脂通道设有封堵,轴承都带有独立的注油孔,且注油孔处都设有独立的油脂嘴。
所述的轴承的注油孔周围与轴承体一体加工有挡边,以免与齿轮箱联接侧安装位置较低导致油脂嘴受到异物击打。
本实用新型优化后的十字单元包隔离封堵两条十字交叉相通的油脂通道,同时封堵十字轴中心孔,使用带有独立注油孔的轴承,注油时油脂直接进入轴承内部。经过长期的线路试验及对不同运用里程的万向轴的分解检修证明,优化后的独立注油式十字单元包结构能够保证滚针轴承的充分润滑,同时也解决了轴承磨损的问题,进一步提高了车辆运行的可靠性及安全性。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3、图4,本实用新型包括十字轴1、轴承2,十字轴中心孔5以及十字轴与轴承相通的十字交叉的油脂通道6有封堵7隔离封闭,轴承都带有独立的注油孔3,且轴承顶部注油孔处分别都安装有独立的油脂嘴4。
参照图5,所述的轴承的注油孔3周围与轴承体一体加工有挡边8。
优化后的十字单元包使用带有独立注油孔的轴承,注油时油脂直接进入轴承内部,能够保证滚针轴承的充分润滑,同时也解决了轴承磨损的问题。

1.一种独立注油式万向轴十字单元包结构,包括十字轴、轴承,其特征在于:十字轴中心孔以及十字轴与轴承相通的十字交叉的油脂通道设有封堵,轴承都带有独立的注油孔,且注油孔处都设有独立的油脂嘴。
