Description
本出願は、2016年4月14日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/322,616号及び2016年7月18日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/363,574号の利益を主張する。
本発明は、水システムにおける金属部品の腐食又は白さび(white rust)を抑制するための処理用組成物及び処理方法に関する。本発明は、低いLSI(ランゲリア飽和指数)の水システム、例えば開放型再循環システム、閉ループ冷却又は加熱システム、及びボイラーに見られる腐食性環境で特に有用である。
Claims (14)
- 水システムにおける金属部品の腐食を抑制するための組成物であって、
アミノ酸ベースのポリマー又はその水溶性塩と、
第1のホスホン酸又はその水溶性塩と、
第2のホスホン酸又はその水溶性塩とを含んでおり、
第1のホスホン酸はヒドロキシホスホノ酢酸であり、
第2のホスホン酸は、(1)ホスホノカルボン酸、又は(2)1-ヒドロキシエタン-1,1-ジホスホン酸であり、
スズを含まない、組成物。 - アミノ酸ベースのポリマーは、ポリアスパラギン酸又はその水溶性塩である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- アミノ酸ベースのポリマーは、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムである、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- モリブデン酸塩、亜鉛、及びクロム酸塩の少なくとも一つを含まない、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- アミノ酸ベースのポリマーは、ポリグリシン酸又はその水溶性塩である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- アミノ酸ベースのポリマーは、ポリグルタミン酸又はその水溶性塩である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ヒドロキシホスホノ酢酸又はその水溶性塩に対するアミノ酸ベースのポリマー又はその水溶性塩の重量比は、90:10~10:90の範囲であり、
アミノ酸ベースのポリマー又はその水溶性塩とヒドロキシホスホノ酢酸又はその水溶性塩の組合せの第2のホスホン酸又はその水溶性塩に対する重量比は、90:10~60:40の範囲である、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の組成物。 - 2重量%~15重量%のアミノ酸ベースのポリマー又はその水溶性塩と、
2重量%~10重量%のヒドロキシホスホノ酢酸又はその水溶性塩と、
2重量%~10重量%の第2のホスホン酸又はその水溶性塩とを含む、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の組成物。 - アクリル酸及びスルホン化モノマーのコポリマーを更に含む、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の組成物。
- AA/AMPSを更に含む、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の組成物。
- アゾール腐食抑制剤を更に含む、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 中和アミン、塩素安定化剤、スケール抑制剤、分散剤、別の腐食抑制剤、キレート化剤、アゾール腐食抑制剤、及び蛍光色素トレーサの1又は複数を更に含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- モノエタノールアミン、ポリカルボキシレートポリマー、カルボキシレート/スルホネート機能性コポリマー、ベンゾトリアゾール、アルキルベンゾトリアゾール(トリルトリアゾール)、及び1,3,6,8-ピレンテトラスルホン酸テトラナトリウム塩の1又は複数を更に含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 水システムを処理して、前記水システム中での金属部品の腐食を抑制する方法であって、請求項1乃至13の何れかに記載の組成物を有効量で前記水システム中の水に加える工程を含む方法。
