Abstract

本发明属于水处理领域,具体涉及一种用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂及制法。由以下重量分数组分组成:N‑磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸5~15%,2‑羟基膦酰基乙酸5~20%,聚谷氨酸30~50%,七水硫酸锌5~10%,余量为去离子水。本产品配方成分具有明显的协同增效作用,特别适用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水系统,能有效解决循环水长期运行下系统的腐蚀、结垢的问题,使碳钢、铜、不锈钢等的腐蚀速率等指标都达到国家标准要求,使碳钢腐蚀速率小于0.075mm/a、铜和不锈钢腐蚀速率小于0.005mm/a,并且配方中磷含量低,无需处理即可达标排放;本发明还提供其制备方法,生产工艺简单,产品稳定性好。

技术领域
本发明属于水处理领域,具体涉及一种用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂及制法。
背景技术
闭式冷却塔的循环水几乎不与外界接触,不易受污染,由于与外界接触少,所以水量损失很少,补水量少,循环水的循环周期长,但也存在腐蚀和结垢的问题。如用软化水作为循环水,虽然结垢问题有所缓解,但腐蚀问题仍然严重。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,特别适用于软化水作为循环冷却水补水的系统中,能有效解决系统存在的结垢、腐蚀等问题,同时不会对环境造成污染,本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,由以下重量分数组分组成:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸5~15%,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸5~20%,聚谷氨酸30~50%,七水硫酸锌5~10%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,本发明所述的用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,由以下重量分数组分组成:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸5~15%,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸15~20%,聚谷氨酸40~50%,七水硫酸锌5~10%,其余成分为去离子水。
N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸是一种有机膦酸盐,其中的磺酸基团有助于溶解,而弱酸基团对活性部分有很强的吸附能力(抑制结晶产生)。N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸对金属的缓蚀作用机理主要是吸附覆盖作用,其能抑制金属腐蚀过程中的阴极反应,又能抑制其阳极反应。
2-羟基膦酰基乙酸是一种优良的金属阴极缓蚀剂,适合用作低硬度、易腐蚀水质的缓蚀剂,与锌盐复配效果更佳。其不易水解,不易被酸碱所破坏,使用安全可靠,无毒无污染。
聚谷氨酸是一种可生物降解的阴离子型聚合物,具有优异的阻垢分散性能,能阻止水中溶解盐以及悬浮粒子沉淀的性能,对碳酸钙等具有优异的抑制作用,还可以分散氧化铁,跟其他组分有良好的协同增效作用。
七水硫酸锌,分子式为ZnSO4·7H2O,一般状态下为白色结晶状粉末,可在金属表面快速形成沉淀膜,与有机膦类缓蚀阻垢剂相互结合在金属表面形成一层复合膜,起到缓蚀作用。
本发明所述的用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂的制法,依次将N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、聚谷氨酸和去离子水在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入七水硫酸锌,搅拌均匀后静置即得。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本产品配方成分具有明显的协同增效作用:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸对金属的缓蚀作用主要是吸附覆盖作用,属于Langmuir吸附,其能抑制金属腐蚀过程中的阴极反应,又能抑制其阳极反应;2-羟基膦酰基乙酸属于阴极型缓蚀剂,能提高锌盐的溶解度,具有极强的缓蚀作用;七水硫酸锌本身作为一种沉淀膜型缓蚀剂,可快速成膜使金属免受腐蚀;另外,N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸和2-羟基膦酰基乙酸共同与锌离子相互作用在金属表面形成复合膜保护金属。N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸和聚谷氨酸通过络和增溶和凝聚与分散总用抑制水垢的产生。
(2)本发明缓蚀阻垢性能优异,与其他水处理剂不产生干扰;本产品特别适用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水系统,能有效解决循环水长期运行下系统的腐蚀、结垢的问题,使碳钢、铜、不锈钢等的腐蚀速率等指标都达到国家标准要求:使碳钢腐蚀速率小于0.075mm/a、铜和不锈钢腐蚀速率小于0.005mm/a,本发明产品效果远优于GB50050中规定碳钢腐蚀速率小于0.075mm/a、铜和不锈钢腐蚀速率小于0.005mm/a的标准,并且本发明磷含量低,总磷≤6.8%,DL/T806-2013中规定总磷含量在2~6.8%的即为低磷阻垢剂,本发明无需处理即可达标排放。
(3)本发明是一种适用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水系统的低磷缓蚀阻垢剂,特别适用于软化水作为循环冷却水补水的系统中,能有效解决系统存在的结垢、腐蚀等问题,同时不会对环境造成污染。
(4)本产品生产工艺简单,为常温下将各原料组分按比例加入反应器中搅拌均匀即可,产品稳定性好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,由以下重量分数组分组成:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸10%,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸15%,聚谷氨酸40%,七水硫酸锌5%,去离子水30%,总磷含量为6.75%。其制备方法是:依次将N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、聚谷氨酸和去离子水在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入七水硫酸锌,搅拌均匀后静置即得。
实施例2
一种用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,由以下重量分数组分组成:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸5%,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸20%,聚谷氨酸30%,七水硫酸锌10%,去离子水35%,总磷含量为6.5%。其制备方法是:依次将N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、聚谷氨酸和去离子水在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入七水硫酸锌,搅拌均匀后静置即得。
实施例3
一种用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,由以下重量分数组分组成:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸15%,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸8%,聚谷氨酸50%,七水硫酸锌7%,去离子水20%,总磷含量为6.5%。其制备方法是:依次将N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、聚谷氨酸和去离子水在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入七水硫酸锌,搅拌均匀后静置即得。
将上述三个实施例制备得到的缓蚀阻垢剂按照GB/T 16632-2008《水处理剂阻垢性能的测定碳酸钙沉积法》测其阻垢率,实验结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,该缓蚀阻垢剂的阻垢率在92%以上,是一种高效的阻垢剂。
将上述三个实施例制备得到的缓蚀阻垢剂按照GB/T 18175-2014《水处理剂缓蚀性能的测定旋转挂片法》测其腐蚀速率,缓蚀阻垢剂的投加浓度为40PPM,实验结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,该缓蚀阻垢剂的腐蚀速率完全符合国家质量标准:GB50050《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》。

1.一种用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,其特征在于:由以下重量分数组分组成:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸5~15%,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸5~20%,聚谷氨酸30~50%,七水硫酸锌5~10%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,其特征在于:N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸5~15%,2-羟基膦酰基乙酸15~20%,聚谷氨酸40~50%,七水硫酸锌5~10%,其余成分为去离子水。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的用于闭式冷却塔循环冷却水的低磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂的制法,其特征在于:依次将N-磺酸基氨基二甲叉膦酸、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、聚谷氨酸和去离子水在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入七水硫酸锌,搅拌均匀后静置即得。
