Description
続いて、樹脂部品としての板状導光部材10を成形するための金型について説明する。図4(A)は、実施の形態に係る金型の断面図である。図4(B)は、図4(A)のA-A線に沿った断面図である。金型100は、複数の型によって樹脂部品としての板状導光部材10に対応する成形空間(キャビティ)102を形成する。
続いて、上述の金型100を用いた樹脂部品の製造方法について説明する。図5(A)、図5(B)および図5(C)は、樹脂部品の製造工程を模式的に示す図である。図5(A)に示すように、まず第1型104、第2型106およびゲート型108を型締めする。樹脂流路109には、図示しない樹脂射出用ノズルが接続される。
Claims (2)
- 背向する2つの主表面と、2つの前記主表面をつなぐ複数の側面と、を有する板状の樹脂部品であって、
前記樹脂部品は、前記側面のうち第1側面にゲート痕を有し、
前記ゲート痕は、2つの前記主表面が並ぶ方向の寸法が、前記第1側面の前記ゲート痕が延在する領域における当該方向の寸法の半分以下であり、
前記樹脂部品は、光拡散材を含有し、前記第1側面および第1側面とは異なる側面のうち一方の側面から入射される光を前記光拡散材によって反射し、他方の側面および少なくとも一方の前記主表面から出射する導光部材である、
樹脂部品。 - 前記ゲート痕は、前記第1側面と一方の前記主表面との境界に接する請求項1に記載の樹脂部品。
