本発明は、かかる事情に鑑み、十分なフローティング量を確保するとともにコネクタの低背化を図ることができ、さらには、高速伝送特性の低下を最小限に留めることが可能な回路基板用電気コネクタを提供することを課題とする。

Claims (3)
- 端子の長手方向での一端側に回路基板の実装面との接続のための接続部そして他端側に相手接続体との接触のための接触部が形成された複数の端子と、該端子を複数配列保持するハウジングとを有し、該ハウジングが、上記端子を介して回路基板へ取り付けられる固定ハウジングと、該固定ハウジングとは別部材として形成され該固定ハウジングに対して可動で上記端子の接触部を配置している可動ハウジングとを有する回路基板用電気コネクタにおいて、
上記複数の端子は、信号端子を有しており、
上記信号端子は、固定ハウジングにより保持される固定側被保持部と、可動ハウジングにより保持される可動側被保持部と、該固定側被保持部と該可動側被保持部との間に設けられた弾性部とを有し、
上記可動側被保持部は、上記回路基板の実装面に対して直角な上下方向で上記固定側被保持部よりも上方に位置するとともに、上記回路基板の実装面に対して平行なコネクタ幅方向で上記固定側被保持部よりも内側に位置しており、
上記弾性部は、上記長手方向での該弾性部の一部に、上記固定側被保持部側に位置する一方の端部に設けられた一方の湾曲部と、上記可動側被保持部側に位置する他方の端部に設けられた他方の湾曲部とを有しており、
上記一方の湾曲部は、上記固定側被保持部の上端で屈曲され下方へ向かうにつれてコネクタ幅方向で内側に傾斜するように延びる下側外腕部と、該下側外腕部の下端で折り返された下側折返部と、該下側折返部から上方へ向かうにつれてコネクタ幅方向で外側に傾斜するように延びる下側内腕部とを有し、コネクタ幅方向で外側に向けて傾斜して斜め上方へ開口した形状をなし、上記下側外腕部と上記下側内腕部とが互いに上下方向で重複する範囲をもって位置するように湾曲しており、
上記他方の湾曲部は、上記可動側被保持部の下端で屈曲され上方へ向かうにつれてコネクタ幅方向で外側に傾斜するように延びる上側内腕部と、該上側内腕部の上端で折り返された上側折返部と、該上側折返部から下方へ向かうにつれてコネクタ幅方向で内側に傾斜するように延びる上側外腕部とを有し、コネクタ幅方向で内側に向けて傾斜して斜め下方へ開口した形状をなし、上記上側内腕部と上記上側外腕部とが互いに上下方向で重複する範囲をもって位置するように湾曲しており、
上記一方の湾曲部と上記他方の湾曲部とは、コネクタ幅方向で互いに重複する範囲を有していることを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタ。 - 上記弾性部は、上記一方の湾曲部及び上記他方の湾曲部を除く部分が、上下方向に対して傾斜して、コネクタ幅方向で上記一方の湾曲部及び上記他方の湾曲部と重複する範囲を有していることとする請求項1に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 上記複数の端子は、上記信号端子の他に電源端子を有しており、
該電源端子の接続部は、コネクタ幅方向で上記信号端子の接続部の外端よりも内側に位置していることとする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
