Description
本発明に係る回路基板用電気コネクタは、回路基板に取り付けられ該回路基板の実装面に対して直角な方向をコネクタ挿抜方向として相手コネクタが挿抜される電気コネクタであって、上記回路基板の実装面に半田実装される接続部及び相手コネクタに接続される接触部が形成された端子と、上記回路基板の実装面に平行な方向を端子配列方向として上記端子を配列保持するハウジングとを有し、上記ハウジングが上記端子の接触部を配列保持する端子配列壁を有する。
本発明に係る電気コネクタ組立体は、上述の回路基板用電気コネクタと、これに嵌合接続される相手コネクタとを有し、相手コネクタは、コネクタ挿抜方向で上記回路基板用電気コネクタの傾斜規制部と対向する傾斜被規制部を有していることを特徴としている。

Claims (5)
- 回路基板に取り付けられ該回路基板の実装面に対して直角な方向をコネクタ挿抜方向として相手コネクタが挿抜される電気コネクタであって、
上記回路基板の実装面に半田実装される接続部及び相手コネクタに接続される接触部が形成された端子と、上記回路基板の実装面に平行な方向を端子配列方向として上記端子を配列保持するハウジングとを有し、上記ハウジングが上記端子の接触部を配列保持する端子配列壁を有する回路基板用電気コネクタにおいて、
上記ハウジングは、端子配列方向での端子配列壁の範囲内に設けられコネクタ挿抜方向で相手コネクタが当接し該相手コネクタの嵌合最大深さ位置を定める挿抜方向規制部を有し、
上記ハウジングもしくは該ハウジングに取り付けられた部材は、端子配列方向での端子配列壁の範囲外で、嵌合最大深さ位置にある相手コネクタに対しコネクタ挿抜方向で該相手コネクタの対応部分と間隔をもって位置する傾斜規制部を有し、
上記傾斜規制部は端子配列方向で両端側のそれぞれに位置する一端側傾斜規制部と他端側傾斜規制部とを有し、
上記相手コネクタの抜出時に、端子配列方向における相手コネクタの一端側部分がコネクタ挿抜方向で他端側部分よりも大きく上記一端側傾斜規制部からもち上がるように相手コネクタが傾斜したとき、該相手コネクタの他端側部分が上記他端側傾斜規制部にコネクタ挿抜方向で当接して相手コネクタの所定角より大きい傾斜を規制することを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタ。 - 上記ハウジングは、互いに平行な二つの上記端子配列壁と、これらの両端部のそれぞれを結ぶ端壁とを有し、二つの上記端子配列壁と二つの上記端壁とで周壁を形成し、該周壁内に相手コネクタを受け入れる受入空間を形成し、端壁の内壁面は二つの端壁間距離がコネクタ挿抜方向で相手コネクタの方へ向け増大する傾斜面をなし、該傾斜面で相手コネクタが上記傾斜規制部に当接するまで傾斜することを許容することとする請求項1に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 上記傾斜規制部は、端子配列方向で相手コネクタよりも外側にまで及んで位置していることとする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 上記傾斜規制部は、上記ハウジングに取り付けられた部材としての金具に形成されていることとする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちの1つに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 請求項1ないし請求項4のうちの1つに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタと、これに嵌合接続される相手コネクタとを有し、相手コネクタは、コネクタ挿抜方向で上記回路基板用電気コネクタの傾斜規制部と対向する傾斜被規制部を有していることを特徴とする電気コネクタ組立体。
