- 空気圧源から供給される空気圧を増圧した液圧に変換するエアハイドロブースタである第一空液変換器および第二空液変換器と、
中空状のシリンダ室と、前記シリンダ室内に往復動可能に設けられるピストンと、前記ピストンに設けられるロッドとを有し、前記ピストンにより前記シリンダ室内が第一圧力室と第二圧力室とに区画され、前記第一圧力室には前記第一空液変換器からの圧液が供給される一方、前記第二圧力室には前記第二空液変換器からの圧液が供給される液圧アクチュエータと、
前記液圧アクチュエータの作動状態を取得する作動状態取得部と、
前記空気圧源から前記第一空液変換器へ空気を供給する第一給気路に設けられる第一空気圧弁と、
前記空気圧源から前記第二空液変換器へ空気を供給する第二給気路に設けられる第二空気圧弁と、
前記液圧アクチュエータを制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記第一空液変換器および前記第二空液変換器のそれぞれは、
大小異なる内径を有する大径シリンダ及び小径シリンダと、
前記大径シリンダ内に往復動可能に設けられるピストンと、
前記ピストンにより前記大径シリンダに区画される第一空気圧室および第二空気圧室と、
前記ピストンに設けられるロッドと、

前記第二空気圧弁を通じて前記第二空液変換器の前記第一空気圧室又は前記第二空気圧室へ空気が供給され、
前記第一空液変換器の前記液圧室は、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記第一圧力室に接続され、
前記第二空液変換器の前記液圧室は、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記第二圧力室に接続され、
前記制御装置は、前記作動状態取得部の取得結果に基づき、前記第一空気圧弁および第二空気圧弁を制御することにより、前記第一空液変換器及び前記第二空液変換器の前記液圧室を同時に加圧可能であり、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記第一圧力室と前記第二圧力室とが加圧された状態で前記ロッドを往復動させる液圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液圧駆動装置であって、
前記第一空液変換器から前記第一圧力室へ圧液を供給する第一液圧路に設けられる第一給液弁と、
前記第二空液変換器から前記第二圧力室へ圧液を供給する第二液圧路に設けられる第二給液弁と、
双方向に回転可能で、第一補助路を介して前記第一圧力室に接続されると共に、第二補助路を介して前記第二圧力室に接続される液圧ポンプと、をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記作動状態取得部の取得結果に基づき、前記液圧ポンプを制御することにより前記液圧アクチュエータを制御する液圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液圧駆動装置であって、
前記第一空液変換器から前記第一圧力室へ圧液を供給する第一液圧路に設けられる第一給液弁と、
前記第二空液変換器から前記第二圧力室へ圧液を供給する第二液圧路に設けられる第二給液弁と、
中空状のシリンダ本体と、前記シリンダ本体内に往復動可能に設けられる可動ピストンとを有し、前記可動ピストンにより前記シリンダ本体内が第一液室と第二液室とに区画された液圧シリンダと、
前記液圧シリンダを往復動させる駆動装置と、をさらに備え、
前記第一液室は、第一補助路を介して前記第一圧力室に接続され、
前記第二液室は、第二補助路を介して前記第二圧力室に接続され、
前記制御装置は、前記作動状態取得部の取得結果に基づき、前記液圧シリンダを制御することにより前記液圧アクチュエータを制御する液圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の液圧駆動装置であって、
前記第一空気圧弁および第二空気圧弁は、サーボ弁または電空レギュレータである液圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の液圧駆動装置であって、
前記作動状態取得部は、前記第一圧力室の圧液の圧力および前記第二圧力室の圧液の圧力を取得する液圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の液圧駆動装置であって、
前記作動状態取得部は、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記ロッドの位置を取得する液圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の液圧駆動装置であって、
前記第一空液変換器に設けられ、前記第一空気圧室の空気の圧力を検出する圧力計と、
前記第二空液変換器に設けられ、前記第一空気圧室の空気の圧力を検出する圧力計と、をさらに備え、
前記作動状態取得部は、前記第一空液変換器に設けられる前記圧力計の検出値に基づいて、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記第一圧力室の圧力を演算により取得し、前記第二空液変換器に設けられる前記圧力計の検出値に基づいて、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記第二圧力室の圧力を演算により取得する液圧駆動装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の液圧駆動装置であって、
前記第一空液変換器および前記第二空液変換器のそれぞれに設けられ、前記ピストンの位置を検出する位置検出部をさらに備え、
前記作動状態取得部は、前記位置検出部の検出値に基づいて、前記液圧アクチュエータの前記ロッドの位置を演算により取得する液圧駆動装置。
