ここで、ENR,%は負極溶接の極性分率を、EPR,%は正極溶接の極性分率を示す。

ここで、ENR,%は負極溶接の極性分率を、EPR,%は正極溶接の極性分率を示す。
片面のめっき付着量が100g/m2である2.0mmtのHGI 780Hyber Burring鋼板2枚を25mmが重なり合うようにした後、その連結部を溶接した。具体的には、表1-2にそれぞれ示すような溶接材料及び溶接条件を用いて、HGI 780HB鋼を重ね溶接した。そして、そのときのピット発生の有無及び気孔面積率を測定して下記表1に示し、溶接部の引張強度及び破断位値を測定して表2に示した。
Claims (3)
- 溶接材料を用いて亜鉛めっき鋼板を重ね溶接する方法において、溶接の際、溶接電流150~300A、保護ガスArに体積比で10~30%のCO2 を含む混合ガスを供給し、及び下記関係式1により定義される溶接時間に依存する極性分率が0.25~0.35の範囲を満たすように溶接の極性を交互に変更し、溶接部の気孔面積率が0.97%以下、引張強度が700MPa以上であることを特徴とする亜鉛めっき鋼板の溶接方法。

ここで、ENR,%は直流負極溶接の極性分率を、EPR,%は直流正極溶接の極性分率を示す。 - 前記重ね溶接により形成される溶接継手部の間隙が0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の亜鉛めっき鋼板の溶接方法。
- 前記溶接電流が200~270Aであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の亜鉛めっき鋼板の溶接方法。
