Claims (14)
- パッキングを備えて構成されるロータの内側で液体とガスの間の物質交換を生じるための装置であって、前記液体が前記ロータの中央で運ばれ、前記ロータの回転によって生じた遠心力によって前記パッキングを通って外方へ移動させられ、前記ガスが前記ロータの周りにあって前記ロータにおける前記液体の流れと反対に前記ガスの圧力によって前記ロータを通って内方へ移動させられる、装置において、
前記ロータの内側に位置した前記パッキングが、合わさって円板を形成する個々のパッキングセクタに分かれていて、各パッキングセクタは、金属、またはプラスチック若しくはガラス繊維から構成された複数の重畳した織り状、編み状、メッシュ状若しくは格子状の構造表面を備えて構成される少なくとも1つの構造パッキングによって形成され、前記複数の構造表面に対して前記ロータの回転軸が垂直に延びていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記構造表面が、互いに平行におかれた各構造表面の波打ちでもって、波形に起伏していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記構造表面の前記波形がジグザクの断面であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 1つの構造表面の前記波形が隣接する構造表面の前記波形に対して斜めに配置され、交差する流れ経路が2つの構造表面の間に存在していることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記構造表面が金属及び/又はプラスチックのワイヤ、又はシート金属の細片、又はガラス繊維から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 金属及び/又はプラスチックの前記ワイヤが0.1~0.5mmの径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ロータ内に位置する前記構造パッキングが2~64のパッキングセクタから組み立てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パッキングセクタの内側端部が内側の、円筒形同軸環状空間を形成し、この空間から流れ経路が始まり、この空間内へ前記液体が運び込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パッキングセクタの外側端部が外側の円筒形リングを形成し、ここに前記パッキングセクタの流れ経路が終端することを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パッキングセクタが3~150の重畳した構造表面から組み立てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- パッキングセクタの構造表面が、互いにスポット溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロータの前記構造パッキングが、互いに同軸の複数の構造パッキングリングを備えて構成され、これら構造パッキングリングが個々の環状セクタに分けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロータが2つの離間する円形側面を備えて構成され、これらに対して前記ロータの回転軸が垂直に延び、これら円形側面がそれらの間にパッキングセクタによって満たされた空間を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パッキングセクタが5~25の重畳した構造表面から組み立てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
