Claims (10)
- 安全スイッチ(2)であって、割り当てられたアクチュエータ(3)をインターロック位置に保持するインターロックユニット(12)を有している、安全スイッチ(2)において、
前記インターロックユニット(12)は、開口(9)と遮断エレメントとを有し、前記遮断エレメントは前記インターロック位置において前記開口(9)内に突出し、前記インターロック位置にある前記アクチュエータ(3)のアクチュエータヘッド(8)に背後から係合し、前記遮断エレメントは作動エレメントによって作動力をかけられて前記インターロック位置に保持され、前記開口(9)を介して前記アクチュエータヘッド(8)が走入または走出する際に、前記アクチュエータヘッド(8)は前記遮断エレメントを前記作動力に抗して変位させ、
前記アクチュエータ(3)が前記安全スイッチ(2)における前記インターロック位置に移動されるとき、前記アクチュエータ(3)の前記インターロック位置は、前記アクチュエータ(3)におけるトランスポンダ(11)の信号を前記安全スイッチ(2)の読み取りユニットにおいて検出することにより監視され、
前記作動エレメントはロッカレバー(14)によって形成されており、
前記インターロックユニット(12)にはロックユニット(18)が配属されており、前記ロックユニットによって、前記遮断エレメントはそのインターロック位置にロックされており、
前記ロックユニット(18)はヒンジ式アーマチュア磁石(19)を有し、前記ヒンジ式アーマチュア磁石は電磁石(20)と、前記電磁石(20)によって変位可能なアーマチュア(21)とを有し、前記アーマチュア(21)は、前記アーマチュア(21)が前記ロッカレバー(14)をブロックするロック位置に移動される、
ことを特徴とする、安全スイッチ(2)。 - 前記遮断エレメントはラッチ(13)によって形成されている、請求項1記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
- 前記ラッチ(13)の下端部は前記作動エレメントに作用し、前記ラッチ(13)の上端部は前記インターロック位置において前記開口(9)内に突出しており、前記上端部は、前記開口(9)の輪郭に適合する円形の縁部(13a)を有している、請求項2記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
- 前記ロッカレバー(14)はビーム状のロッカレバーエレメント(15)を有し、前記ロッカレバーエレメント(15)の第1の長手方向端部には旋回軸受(16)が設けられており、前記ロッカレバーエレメント(15)の下面には、前記遮断エレメントのための前記作動力を発生させるばね(17)が接触している、請求項1記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
- 前記遮断エレメントはラッチ(13)によって形成されており、
前記ばね(17)は、前記ロッカレバーエレメント(15)の中央領域で前記ロッカレバーエレメントの下面に接触しており、前記領域で、前記ラッチ(13)の下端部が前記ロッカレバーエレメント(15)の上面に載置される、請求項4記載の安全スイッチ(2)。 - 前記作動力は前記ばね(17)の予荷重により調節される、請求項4記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
- 前記開口(9)のジオメトリは、前記アクチュエータヘッド(8)の形状に適合しており、前記アクチュエータヘッド(8)はボール状に形成されている、または楕円のまたは多角形の横断面を有している、請求項1記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
- 前記ロッカレバー(14)は第2の自由端に係止突起(15a)を有し、前記アーマチュア(21)は前記ロック位置で前記係止突起(15a)に係合する、請求項1記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
- 前記アーマチュア(21)は旋回軸線を中心として旋回可能であり、旋回アーム(21a)は、前記ロッカレバー(14)に係合するレバーを形成しており、第2の旋回アームは、衝撃安定性を改善することができるカウンタウェイトを形成する、請求項1記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(3)は基体(6)を有し、前記基体は結合要素(7)を介して前記アクチュエータヘッド(8)に接続されており、前記結合要素(7)の横断面は、前記アクチュエータヘッド(8)の横断面よりも小さい、請求項1記載の安全スイッチ(2)。
