Claims (9)
- 自車両を車線変更させることが可能なプロセッサに実行させる車両制御方法であって、
前記自車両に設けられたセンサから、前記自車両の周辺情報を取得し、
前記自車両の周辺情報に基づいて、前記自車両が走行する第1車線に対して隣接する第2車線上に位置し、前記自車両の進入先の位置を示す進入位置を特定し、
前記自車両のウィンカーを作動させて、前記自車両を減速させて、車線変更させる場合、前記第1車線上で、前記自車両の後方に位置する所定領域内に前記自車両に後続する後続車両が存在するか否かを判定し、
前記後続車両が存在すると判定された場合、前記後続車両が存在しないと判定された場合よりも、前記自車両のウィンカーを作動させてから減速させて前記自車両の車線変更を開始させるまでの時間を示す準備時間を長く設定し、
前記準備時間内に、前記第1車線上での前記自車両の走行位置を制御する車両制御方法。 - 請求項1記載の車両制御方法であって、
前記後続車両が存在すると判定された場合、前記後続車両が存在しないと判定された場合よりも、前記自車両を減速させる際の前記自車両の減速度を小さくなるように設定する車両制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の車両制御方法であって、
前記後続車両が存在すると判定された場合、前記後続車両が存在しないと判定された場合よりも、前記自車両の進行方向に沿う前記第1車線の中心線に対して前記第2車線側に前記自車両を移動させる際の、前記第1車線から前記第2車線側への移動方向の前記自車両の車速を低く設定する車両制御方法。 - 請求項2に記載の車両制御方法であって、
前記自車両と前記後続車両との接近度を算出し、
前記接近度に基づいて、前記自車両の前記減速度を設定する車両制御方法。 - 請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の車両制御方法であって、
前記自車両と前記後続車両との接近度を算出し、
前記接近度が第1閾値以上の場合、前記第1車線上での前記自車両の走行位置の制御の実行を停止する車両制御方法。 - 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の車両制御方法であって、
前記後続車両が前記自車両の進行方向に沿う前記第1車線の中心線に対して前記第2車線側を走行している場合、前記第1車線上での前記自車両の走行位置の制御の実行を停止する車両制御方法。 - 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の車両制御方法であって、
前記自車両と前記後続車両との接近度を算出し、
前記自車両を減速させている間に、前記接近度が第2閾値以上から前記第2閾値未満に変化した場合、前記準備時間を前記後続車両が存在しない場合の時間に設定する車両制御方法。 - 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の車両制御方法であって、
前記自車両と前記後続車両との接近度を算出し、
前記接近度が第3閾値以上の場合、前記後続車両の車速に対応するように前記自車両の車速を設定し、
前記自車両の車速が前記後続車両の車速に対応した後、前記自車両を減速させる制御を開始する車両制御方法。 - 自車両を車線変更させることが可能な制御装置を備える車両制御装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記自車両に設けられたセンサから、前記自車両の周辺情報を取得し、
前記自車両の周辺情報に基づいて、前記自車両が走行する第1車線に対して隣接する第2車線上に位置し、前記自車両の進入先の位置を示す進入位置を特定し、
前記自車両のウィンカーを作動させて、前記自車両を減速させて、車線変更させる場合、前記第1車線上で、前記自車両の後方に位置する所定領域内に前記自車両に後続する後続車両が存在するか否かを判定し、
前記後続車両が存在すると判定された場合、前記後続車両が存在しないと判定された場合よりも、前記自車両のウィンカーを作動させてから減速させて前記自車両の車線変更を開始させるまでの時間を示す準備時間を長く設定し、
前記準備時間内に、前記第1車線上での前記自車両の走行位置を制御する車両制御装置。
