Claims (9)
- ベース部材と、
前記ベース部材の背面に設けられ、駆動源から供給される駆動力によって回転する第1のボールねじと、
前記ベース部材に平行な板状の部材であって、前記第1のボールねじを介して前記ベース部材に連結され、前記第1のボールねじの回転に伴い、前記ベース部材に対して相対的に移動する第1の可動部材と、
前記ベース部材の前記背面と対向する前記第1の可動部材の前面に設けられ、前記第1の可動部材の移動に伴い、回転する第2のボールねじと、
前記第1の可動部材に設けられた第3のボールねじと、
前記第2のボールねじの回転を前記第3のボールねじへ伝達する伝達機構と、
前記第3のボールねじを介して前記第1の可動部材に連結され、前記第3のボールねじの回転に伴い、前記第1の可動部材に対して相対的に移動する第2の可動部材と、
前記ベース部材と前記第1の可動部材との間に設けられた、前記ベース部材に対する前記第1の可動部材の移動を案内する第1のガイド機構と、
を有し、
前記第1のボールねじ、前記第2のボールねじおよび前記第3のボールねじは、前記第1の可動部材と前記ベース部材との間に配置され、
前記第3のボールねじと前記第2の可動部材とは、前記第1の可動部材に設けられた貫通孔を介して接続される、伸縮装置。 - 前記駆動源は、ベース部材の前記背面とは反対側の前面に当該前面とは離れて配置される、請求項1に記載の伸縮装置。
- 前記第1のボールねじは、
前記ベース部材に回転自在に固定され、前記駆動源から供給される駆動力によって回転するねじ軸と、
前記ねじ軸に取り付けられるとともに、前記第1の可動部材に固定され、前記ねじ軸の回転に伴い、前記ねじ軸に沿って前記第1の可動部材を移動させるナットとを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の伸縮装置。 - 前記第2のボールねじは、
前記ベース部材に固定されたナットと、
前記ナットに取り付けられるとともに、前記第1の可動部材に回転自在に固定され、前記第1の可動部材の移動に伴い、回転するねじ軸とを有し、
前記第3のボールねじは、
前記第1の可動部材に回転自在に固定され、前記第2のボールねじのねじ軸の回転が前記伝達機構によって伝達されることにより、回転するねじ軸と、
前記ねじ軸に取り付けられるとともに、前記第1の可動部材の前記貫通孔を介して前記第2の可動部材に固定され、前記ねじ軸の回転に伴い、前記ねじ軸に沿って前記第2の可動部材を移動させるナットとを有し、
前記伝達機構は、
前記第2のボールねじのねじ軸に取り付けられた第1のプーリと、
前記第3のボールねじのねじ軸に取り付けられた第2のプーリと、
前記第1のプーリと前記第2のプーリとを連結するベルトとを有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の伸縮装置。 - 前記第1のプーリと前記第2のプーリとは、直径が異なる、請求項4に記載の伸縮装置。
- 前記第2のボールねじのねじ軸と、前記第3のボールねじのねじ軸とは、ねじ溝のピッチが異なる、請求項4又は5に記載の伸縮装置。
- 前記第1の可動部材と前記第2の可動部材との間に設けられた、前記第1の可動部材に対する前記第2の可動部材の移動を案内する第2のガイド機構
をさらに有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の伸縮装置。 - 前記第1のガイド機構は、第1のガイドレール及び第2のガイドレールを有し、
前記第1のボールねじ、前記第2のボールねじ及び前記第3のボールねじは、前記第1のガイドレールと前記第2のガイドレールとの間に設けられる、請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の伸縮装置。 - 前記第2のガイド機構は、第1のガイドレール及び第2のガイドレールを有し、
前記第1の可動部材の前記貫通孔は、前記第1のガイドレールと前記第2のガイドレールとの間に設けられる請求項7に記載の伸縮装置。
