Claims (3)
- 混合気が噴出する燃焼板部を備える全一次燃焼式バーナであって、燃焼板部は、金属繊維製の多孔質体と、多孔質体の混合気の流れ方向上流側の面である裏面に重ねて配置される、多数の分布孔が形成された分布板とを有し、混合気が分布孔と多孔質体とを介して噴出するように構成されるものにおいて、
多孔質体は、金属繊維をフェルト状に積層した不織布で構成され、この不織布の混合気の流れ方向下流側の面である表面を金属製の網状シートで覆い、この網状シートのメッシュサイズは、燃焼板部から噴出する混合気の消炎距離以下であることを特徴とする全一次燃焼式バーナ。 - 請求項1記載の全一次燃焼式バーナであって、前記分布板に、前記分布孔を形成しない無孔部が帯状に設けられるものにおいて、前記不織布の厚さを1~5mmとすることを特徴とする全一次燃焼式バーナ。
- 前記網状シートは、複数本の金属繊維を束ねて形成される線材を網状に編成して成るものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の全一次燃焼式バーナ。
