Claims (7)
- 圧縮機の吐出弁構造(1)の誤欠品検査方法であって、
前記吐出弁構造(1)は、
<1>前記圧縮機の圧縮室と吐出室を仕切ると共に、前記圧縮室と前記吐出室を連通する吐出孔を有する仕切り壁(12)と、
前記吐出室側で前記吐出孔を開閉する様に設けられた弾性を有する吐出弁(20)と、
前記吐出弁(20)に覆いかぶさるように設けられ、前記吐出弁(20)の開度を規制する弁押さえ(30)と、
前記吐出孔を覆う部分から外れた位置において、前記弁押さえ(30)に貫設された挿通孔と前記吐出弁(20)に貫設された挿通孔を挿通して前記仕切り壁(12)に設けられたネジ穴に螺合する固定ボルト(40)と、
を備えた組立構造と、
<2>前記弁押さえ(30)は検査部材(50)を挿入するための検査孔(33)を有すると共に、前記検査孔(33)と前記仕切り壁(12)との間に前記吐出弁(20)の一部が介在する検査構造とを有し、
前記検査孔(33)に前記検査部材(50)を挿入し、前記検査部材(50)の挿入深さによって、前記吐出弁(20)の欠品有無を検査することを特徴とする吐出弁構造の誤欠品検査方法。 - 前記組立構造を完成させたのち、前記吐出弁(20)の有無を検査することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐出弁構造の誤欠品検査方法。
- 前記圧縮機の前記仕切り壁(12)、前記吐出弁(20)及び前記弁押さえ(30)は、相互の位置関係を決める位置決め孔(14,21,34)を有し、
該位置決め孔(14,21,34)に挿入するための位置決め凸部(61)が設けられた組立治具(60)を用意し、
前記組立構造を組み立てる工程が、
<1>前記組立冶具(60)の前記位置決め凸部(61)が前記位置決め孔(21,34)に挿入される状態となるように、前記弁押さえ(30)及び前記吐出弁(20)を前記組立冶具(60)にセットする配置工程と、
<2>前記仕切り壁(12)の位置決め孔(14)に前記組立冶具(60)の位置決め凸部(61)を挿入し、前記弁押さえ(30)と前記吐出弁(20)がセットされた前記組立冶具(60)を組み合わせる組立工程と、
<3>前記検査孔(33)に前記検査部材(50)を挿入する検査工程と、
を含み、
前記検査工程において、前記吐出弁(20)の有無を検査することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐出弁構造の誤欠品検査方法。 - 前記圧縮機の前記仕切り壁(12)、前記吐出弁(20)及び前記弁押さえ(30)は、相互の位置関係を決める位置決め孔(14,21,34)を有し、
該位置決め孔(14,21,34)に挿入するための円柱状の位置決めピン(51)を用意し、
前記組立構造を組み立てる工程が、
前記仕切り壁(12)の前記位置決め孔(14)に前記位置決めピン(51)の一端(51a)を挿入するピン設置工程と、
前記仕切り壁(12)から突出した前記位置決めピン(51)の他端(51b)に前記吐出弁(20)及び前記弁押さえ(30)の前記位置決め孔(21,34)を挿通させる配置工程と、
前記検査部材(50)を前記検査孔(33)に挿入する検査工程と、
を含み、
検査工程において、前記吐出弁(20)の有無を検査することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐出弁構造の誤欠品検査方法。 - 圧縮機の圧縮室と吐出室を仕切るとともに、前記圧縮室と前記吐出室を連通する吐出孔が設けられた仕切り壁(12)と、
前記吐出室側で前記吐出孔を開閉する様に設けられた弾性を有する吐出弁(20)と、
前記吐出弁(20)に覆いかぶさるように設けられ、前記吐出弁(20)の開度を規制する弁押さえ(30)と、
前記吐出孔を覆う部分から外れた位置において、前記弁押さえ(30)に貫設された挿通孔と前記吐出弁(20)に貫設された挿通孔を挿通して前記仕切り壁(12)に設けられたネジ穴に螺合する固定ボルト(40)と、
を備え、
前記弁押さえ(30)は、平坦部(31)と該平坦部(31)に連接する湾曲部(32)とを有する板状部材であり、前記平坦部(31)は、前記吐出弁(20)の表面のうち、該吐出弁(20)が開の時に前記仕切り壁(12)に密着する部分を覆い、前記湾曲部(32)は、前記吐出弁(20)の表面のうち、該吐出弁(20)が開の時に前記仕切り壁(12)から離れる部分を覆うように構成されており、
前記弁押さえ(30)は前記固定ボルト(40)の前記挿通孔と別に、検査孔(33)を有し、該検査孔(33)は前記平坦部(31)に設けられており、前記検査孔(33)と前記仕切り壁(12)との間に前記吐出弁(20)の一部が介在する構造を有し、
前記検査孔(33)は、検査部材(50)の挿入用孔であることを特徴とする吐出弁構造。 - 前記仕切り壁(12)は、前記検査孔(33)と対応する領域に凹部(13)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吐出弁構造。
- 前記凹部(13)は前記検査孔(33)よりも対応する領域が大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の吐出弁構造。
